I live locally in the area and Sandy doesn't have much to offer for my family, we are sesitive to EVERYTHING....Gluten, MSG, Dairy additives etc. The experience is very intimate with our family of 3, the food is amazing, the staff is great! Thought I'd try this little restaurant tucked away in Sandy Oregon. The owner gives a nervous little spiel (he constantly looks over his left shoulder) about how both his wife and him have Italian blood and have visited Italy. We are truly sorry your dining experience did not meet your expectations. By no means an excuse, but that particular time was very difficult as we had just suffered the sudden loss of a direct relative and were trying to deal with those circumstances and keep the restaurant running. What a wonderful hidden treasure in Sandy! Fantastic Italian food served in a small, intimate setting. The owner and his wife created the entire menu based on family recipes and trips to Italy.
