Large portions for a good price

Went today and ordered the 4 meat combo for $20 I shared it with my husband and we were worried it wouldn't be enough food but it was plenty. You order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. They have 4 different bbq sauces to choose from. The original is the best. We had so much... read more

Salem's best BBQ restaurant left me disappointed. We ordered the beef brisket and instead of sliced brisket it was shredded and dry. I also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese that was a small cup of tasteless Mac & Cheese at best and over priced. The only thing positive was the coleslaw that had a nice tang to it.... More

I have been to hundreds of BBQ places and this is in my bottom 10 for sure. No real flavors, sauce seemed watered down. Being a huge BBQ fan I was hoping for better. To be fair I have not found a good BBQ place in Oregon yet.

Food was well prepared, good list of beers, a number of local and regional brews, wine a little thin (small selection), lots of sides and most seemed to be well prepared. I'd eat here again and probably will.

I want so much to like this place, I really, really, do. The first time I grabbed lunch from here it was amazing! I was ecstatic that I had found great BBQ in another NW town. The tri-tip sandwich was the best thing by far that day. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was good, but nothing special. I... More

In our opinion, these are the worst ribs we have ever eaten. The silverskin was left on which is disgusting. They were dry and stringy with very little meat. The dry rub they used tasted strange and not in a good way. The corn muffins were stale, dry, and crumbly. The hush puppies were black and cremated. On the plus... More

This little family owned restaurant is out of this world. A friend recommended it and I'm so glad we listened. We got there not too long before closing and felt really guilty and the staff was just as friendly as could be. The BBQ was finger licking and the hush puppies…yum! We took two hand pies back to the hotel... More

I ordered a two meat combo with two sides. The pulled pork was very dry. The brisket was scraps sitting in grease. After soaking two napkins in grease, I was so disgusted that I just gave up. I should have returned it to the girl at the window. Corn muffin soaked up so much grease it wasn't edible either. Potato... More

I was driving along the road n I saw this place n was like looks good place to eat for lunch. I am always in Salem. So I decided to stop in see what the deal is and see how the food is. I always see a line out the door. It was busy. The cool thing about Adams rib... More

Visited at lunch based on an associate's recommendation. Food was excellent. Service was great. Smaller restaurant. Had live music. Price was very reasonable for special.
