We bought several ($400.00) Outback gift cards for relatives because we like the food so much. One of them was stolen in the mail and I've pled with Outback offices to advise me where that particular card was used. I NEVER asked for a refund ( as it states it won't on the back of the card ). I just... More

Busy cramped & overall NOT the outback experience my family was hoping for... I mean the waiting room too small, the dining room wayyyy too small and servers and bus people were everywhere yet Who Is Your Server? That's the question... Oh it's the keypad on the table. I think it's a corporate decision to take out the customer service... More

I was hoping that a new Outback would change my opinion on the chain, but I was wrong. I have been to serval Outbacks across the US, and they have consistantly slow or bad service, and the food it good, but the service weighs it down...

Our meals were pretty pathetic for a national chain restaurant. I would expect at least an average experience, if not very good. Waiter Paul was courteous enough, but forgetful. My mother asked for wet wipes 3 times before he remembered to bring them. The only decent meal of the 6 of us was the half rack of ribs my mother... More

My wife and I went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Food was average for Outback, Service was good as always. The new location in Keizer Station is more accessible off of I5 than the old location on Lancaster. The building and restaurant is more airy and not as dark as the other restaurant and the traditional Outback lay out.... More

The new Salem Outback Steakhouse recently opened in Keizer Station and my family and I were looking forward to our first visit. However, after eating there last night I am sorry to say that we will not be back. Granted it was Saturday night and they were understandably busy. Our waiter Daniel N. tried hard and did a nice job,... More

Recently visited the new store in the Keizer Station and I was appalled of the manager's treatment to staff. Sure people are looking for work but to take the verbal abuse from a manager is un called for. I hope more staff decide to walk out. Other wise my food and the staff that waited on us was great. I... Our steaks and ribs were prepared as we asked. Good flavor and served nicely. The service was great - cheerful waitress who kept returning to see if we wanted anything. The price is fair but do not expect a cheap meal.

Normally I wouldn't have returned to this place. Two previous visits, over a span of time exceeding a decade, were mediocre at best. But our twin granddaughters had never had a "Bloomin' Onion". Evidently some friend of theirs described it as cool and they were anxious to try one. The tedious Aussie theme was in place, just as I'd remembered.... More

We had to wait ages for a waitress to take our order. A large party of people came in after us and they got served a lot sooner. We were almost ready to walk out when the waitress finally came. On this occasion my husband's steak had so much pepper on it he couldn't eat it. He told the server... More
