We decided to go back to Red Lobster again but were very wary of the service and food, but when we walked through the door we could already tell there was a difference from before, we were greeted promptly, just a small wait for a table, server was very friendly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction, food was... I have been there twice this month. The first time I had a salad and my friend had MAHI MAHI at my suggestion. I tried it and it was great as was my salad. The second visit I came for lunch to get the MAHI MAHI but it wasn't on the lunch menu as it was on the dinner menu.... More

Whatever you have, be sure to leave room for the cheesecake! It was awesome. All of the food was great. Coconut shrimp was a little dry, but had good flavor. Jake was our server and he was fantastic. Very attentive and so nice. Loved the restaurant's atmosphere.

Enjoyed RL when living in the midwest 25 years ago, but in Salem it's been a disappointment. Last visited 10 years ago, and decided to give another chance tonight. Lovely and attentive, friendly wait staff. Stuffed tilapia was quite fishy and sauce was not appealing.

We had not been to this Red Lobster for over a year because the service and the food was very poor, so we decided to give it another try, the only thing that had improved was the service, the food was just so so, the salad I had to cut up myself before I could eat it, the dressing was... More

I don"t know what has happened to the Red Lobster? We went in Feb 22nd 2014. The service was slow, they ran out of cheese biscuits; the salad should have never been served, the lettuce was wilting!!!! I usually love this place---I was very disappointed. Other places to go, if it does not improve.

It's been ages since we went to Red Lobster because in the past we found them to be overpriced with so-so food and service. We thought we'd give them another try, but unfortunately this meal only confirmed our previous opinion. We tried the fish and chips (one of our favorite meals if done right), but were very disappointed. Too much... More

Food was good, service was great. Server gave us great suggestion for breakfast the next morning. Walkable distance from nearby hotel (1.25 miles) so it justified the cheesecake for dessert.

Went in for dinner on a Thursday night - seated quickly. Had a great waiter (thanks Guiseppi) and while he was great, it always seems to take too long for the food to arrive. They were busy, but not swamped yet this seems to be the case most often in there and we go in there a lot. Even after... More

We were greeted with a cheerful waitress and was very attentive to make our dinning experience enjoyable . The prices are fairly expensive depending on what you order but they have great promotion specials all the time . The food is well worth the price you pay . Love the garlic cheddar biscuits and their Cajun chicken linguine .
