We have eaten at a variety of the Chinese Restaurants in Roseburg, and we keep coming back here. Their luncheon specials are priced very nice, and have just the amount of food for a lunch. The food is hot, and we really like the Spicy Meals. Had the General Tseng's Chicken, and really liked the level of heat. The decor... More

I have eaten at this little gem many times and have never been disappointed. Yes, the building is old and the interior could use some updating. Don't let this fool you. The service has always been fast, friendly and a good experience. They have lunch specials like sweet and sour chicken and fried rice for $4.75. So much food I... More

We got off I-5 to find a place to eat and saw this restaurant. We didn't expect much but it was a nice surprise. Fried rice was good, chow mein was just ok. For sizzling rice soup, they put in the rice in the kitchen instead of at the table so some of them were soggy instead of crunchy. Scallop... More

The food was okay, but there were little kids at a table that appeared to be an employees kid. They were running around the restaurant, being loud and one kid was coughing alot, must have been sick and not covering his mouth.

The food is good and the menu has a lot to choose from. The hot and sour soup is amazing so is the almond chicken . The place is pretty dated inside and the service is just OK .

We pulled off the I-5 looking for a local place to eat lunch, away from the fast food. The parking lot outside of Chi's Chinese Restaurant was full, so we decided to check it out. They had lunch specials which include egg swirl or hot and sour soup, shrimp wontons, an egg roll and pork fried rice. I had the... More

Tons of food for the price & over all the food wasn't all that bad. Not some place that I would really want to go back but if in a group I would. The place itself could be kept up a little better.

My friends and I will often stop here for lunch after church. It is very good food, nice, comfortable facilities with private rooms for groups. The servings are generous so I usually get two meals for the price of one!

Atmosphere is ok, service is ok, but the food is pretty good. The corn in the egg flower soup was a little different. I'm not a fan, but just personal choice. The General Tsao chicken is really good!
