Our entire family has been eating at Diego's ever since it opened and we've always had great food and great service. The menu is extensive and varied and the staff is great. We always get the guacamole they prepare for you table side... best in town! I recommend getting there early because others also know how good it is and... More

I enjoyed a very nice meal with great food and service at Diego's Spirit Kitchen. The is primarily a Mexican Restaurant a good selection on the menu. I liked the portions as they weren't huge and the flavor was great. I recommend this restaurant.

How is $35 for an order of fajitas?? What the heck - and in the middle of nowhere Oregon. I guess if you are a local and have few options - this is a pretty good place. But if you travel a lot and eat around the world and the Americas - this place is one of the worst values... More

Chips came warm, salsa was excellent. Next salsa was watery, so we teased that waiter that it was whimpy salsa, so he brought the hot stuff. Whew, sweat on the forehead hot. The medium salsa was great at first, not so good the second. We should have just sent it back. Our group had two dinner type salads, chicken with... More

We usually go here when we stay at Eagle Crest, and last April we took friends from Sacramento. She is still raving about the lobster enchiladas she had here. If you like Mexican food, don't expect traditional fare, but you will find some spicy and delicious items on the menu. But Diego's goes way beyond that, and with a changing... More

Overall, this is a great restaurant with all the entrees tasting very fresh. The chips and salsa were excellent, but they never refilled either chips or salsa. Maybe you have to ask for refills? Ice tea and a gin & tonic, along with glasses of water were our drink options. The gin & tonic was well made (strong) and lasted... More

Hard to believe this is the number 1 restaurant in Redmond on Trip Advisor! The menu is an interesting mix of Mexican and non-mexican food. I had a combination plate with an enchilada and a tamale with green rice, black beans, and a red cabbage slaw. The chips are not that great - kind of hard (vs crispy). Not that... More

Great food and an excellent bar. Loved being here - great place to hang out with friends. No need to get dressed up, but could be a dressy place if you want it to be. Comfortable and affordable in the heart of downtown Redmond.
