Lovely Historic B & B

We stayed 1 night, the Monday after Thanksgiving and visited a gorgeous snowy Crater Lake. We were the only guests there and were allowed to look at all the rooms and decide if we preferred a different one instead of what we reserved. All of them were beautifully prepared with lovely quilts. We... read more

up scale restaurant nice presentation of meals We eat there several times a year. Food presentation was great. The prime rib was cooked to our likes. Even the request for well done end cut was still very moist. Enjoy the different desserts that the chef designs.

Thought the food was going to be really special. It wasn't and, the dining room ran out of potatoes on a night that it was just half full.

We enjoyed our stay here however we didn't get to enjoy the original building very much as they don't allow dogs there. They do have a very nice modern addition on the rear of the property where we stayed with our two German Shorthair Pointers. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend this to friends and would stay again.

We went there 15 mins prior closing on a Sat. night, it was 6 of us and we all had a great meal with excellent service. We were surprised that they had a such excellent team who runs a fantastic restaurant in a small town. We were totally impressed especially coming from San Francisco.

We were pleasantly surprised at the various menu choices- there were good selections from lasagna to seafood and steak. I loved their prime rib and we felt there was quality preparation in everything we ate. The waitress, Heidi, was extremely friendly, competent and efficient. This is a great restaurant out in the middle of nowhere.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, the wine selection, and the meal itself. The lamb was small and somewhat tough, but the rest of the experience more than made up for it.

We stayed in the hotel rooms not the B&B rooms. The room was clean but for some reason it seems like every car in the area had either soured up exhaust or no muffler & everyone of them drove by our room which is close to the road. Employees were all nice.

Coming from Crater Lake my husband I decided to stay at this hotel. I have to honestly say that Millie was the sweetest thing ever and so very helpful as was the owner and her pups! For $160/nt I felt that we should have had a more comfortable bed and pillows. The room was over priced should should have been... More
