Brasada Ranch is an expansive 1,800 acre resort named "Oregon's Best Destination Resort" by The Oregonian and is ranked #1 on Conde Nast Traveler's Best Resorts in the Pacific Northwest. Range Restaurant and Bar is proud to showcase the Bounty of Oregon - from partner farms, ranches, orchards, creameries and wineries. The menus emphasize this long-term commitment to the seasonal, organic, sustainable practices of farmers throughout Central Oregon and the state. Rather than a specific cuisine, Range creates a living, breathing menu that focuses on seasonality, and preparing dishes that bring out the local, true flavors from the weekly bounty. The food at Range Restaurant and Bar is as extraordinary as the view. From the expansive windows, guests take in world-class views of the Cascade Peaks including the Three Sisters, Broken Top and Mt. Jefferson. Nightly sunsets afforded by this dramatic backdrop are just the beginning of the show.

Great meal after a day at the course

We stayed at Brasada for the second time and once again dined at the Range for our first dinner of the trip. The food is always quality, the menu changes so there is always something new and the service is prompt and friendly. We each ordered several sides, which were all delicious. The steaks are... read more

liked the food, menu was kind of small. One night, no chicken or fish. Burgers, artisan pizzas, smore's unreal.

My husband and I traveled to Brasada Ranch for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a memorable treat. I enjoyed a lovely beet salad for starters, then enjoyed a moist turkey breast with devine mashed potatoes and cornbread stuffing. My husband had the new york steak which was also very good. Best of all was a delicious hucklberry tart with homemade... More

We stayed at Brasada Ranch and decided to eat at the Range. It turns out that that night was a Barbecue with a beer tasting. As we arrived they made you pay upfront and put a wrist band on you to show that you paid. They charge $40.00 per person plus tip. They had different tables set up with a... More

Went to the opening weekend of the season for the Range Restaurant and was very pleased. Steak dinners were great, appetizers were fun and delicious and the meals were very well presented. Views, particularly at sunset were spectacular. The weekend we were there our meals were marred by other peoples brats, but that's not the restaurant's fault.

Food was phenomenal, reasonably priced. Gorgeous setting, and enjoyed getting to know Dottie and sitting by the fire.

The restaurant here is amazing. We went for Mother's Day Brunch and were so impressed. They do a great job melding the flavors and the location is peaceful with a great view of the mountains.

The Range at Brasada Ranch shares the same, gorgeous, views that make the guest rooms so popular: green, GREEN, golf course in the foreground backed by the Central Oregon prairie and the Cascade Mountains in the distance. But, at a restaurant, you are there for the food, right? Good idea! The Range's menu is quite unusual and the choices within... More
