This is the best we've found in the PNW. Get the Pitt boss. Large portions of pulled pork ribs brisket and sausage With corn bread and sides, We chose potato salad, beans and collard greens. All very tasty. Our only complaints no pickels which are a must back home and when we asked for sweetener we... read more

Every time I've had the ribs they have that "smoke ring" that defines the best prepared ribs. At least according to "Meathead" from amazingribs.com. I make my own ribs at home which ain't bad. I blush when I admit that my ribs are baked in the oven and then finished on the grill. Podnah's ribs were so good that I... More

Podnah's really knows how to cook up their meat! The meats are made in house and cooked slowly to perfection. This means if they run out, they run out and it's your loss. If they have leftovers, the create some delicious breakfast special out of them - I have never been disappointed with breakfast or dinner here! Their barbeque sauce... More

Stopped by on a Saturday morning, not sure if it was open, but lucked out to find a diverse and interesting list of specials. Very tasty bloody Mary to start, oyster dish was fine, but for some green, oozy stuff - not sure if that's the way oysters are served in Portland, or what. Out of this world biscuits and... More

The pork ribs are excellent. Great atmosphere. Good service. The price was also not bad. We will definitely go back to eat there.

I've been coming here since moving to Portland. This place is the real deal and they know their stuff when it comes to BBQ. They absolutely have the best ribs I've ever tasted. Being an Oklahoma girl, it's taking a lot to give these Texas natives such a great review! But I'd be wrong if I didn't. Not only are... More

I rarely will rage about barbecue, there are simply so many good places coast to coast. But once in a while I'll find a location which you know at first taste that they put their heart and soul into not only the service and the atmosphere, but the food itself. This is one of my top ten BBQ joints in... More

I would go back but my focus would be Ribs or Beef Brisket, both were awesome!!! Pulled pork, okay. Sausage once was enough. Sides were good cole slaw and barbecue baked beans. Corn bread needs help, dry and no corn. Place is worth the visit, super nice people and the ribs and beef brisket are awesome

Great little restaurant in the middle of a residential area of north Portland. All the typical offerings brisket, pulled pork, chicken etc. I tried the combo plate which had brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs. Also included 2 sides one of which was jalepena mac and cheese that was great. It was all very goods but thought the ribs were... More

Our favorite thing to do when we get to a new town is go find some great BBQ. The pulled pork sandwich and greens are excellent. Good cornbread and you can't end this type of meal without some pecan pie! Great service, beautiful atmosphere.
