Otto's has been on Woodstock longer than I can remember, and I guess that's getting to be a long time. I grew up in the neighborhood and they have always been a neighborhood institution. It is said that the sausages are so good because the smoker is so well seasoned by age. I believe it. They have many different kinds... More

The food was awesome and the service was very good. Perfect for a quick and informal lunch, and the sandwiches were big enough for teenage boys!

Second time here, this is a little meat market specializing in sausage here you can find traditional German sausage, Polish, Italian and even chorizo which is also pretty good and it is not very greasy. They have a grill outside and always have different types of sausages on the grill, what ever you get they are very tasty, you can... More

Saw this on 3 D and had to try it. It was great. The gentleman grilling the dogs on the sidewalk was very nice and customer friendly. He had some burnt dogs and gave them away to people passing with canine dogs. The atmosphere was so much fun, we were able to sit outside, the weather was a perfect fall... More

Read the reviews. So stopped in to get some pastrami, corned beef and andouille sausage. Pastrami and corned beef sliced to order - perfect. Andouille is wonderful. Grabbed a sandwich and beer while there. Yum. How did I manage to miss this gem in all the years living in Portland? Shame on me.

I have frequented Otto's for years and every time I go back, it lives up to my memories. Get a sausage from the grill or venture inside for some fantastic sandwiches. It is also fantastic that you can grab an adult beverage from the fridge and have it with your meal without paying restaurant prices for said beverage. The service... More

My wife and I go to Otto's every time we travel to Portland. This is my go to place for sausages on a bun for lunch. Everything is home made and smoked and it shows. The BBQ grill (with charcoal, not propane) fires up before noon until 4:30 to 5 PM every day and the sausages taste great as a... More

A sidewalk grill and the smell of sausages cooking.. What could be better...Disappointing to say however, OTTO's once upon a time served way better sausages...It was the nostalgia of the place that brought us in...sometimes it's just better to remember the way things use to be.....

Had a great pork sausage on whole wheat bun, the rain kept us from the outside tables, but found a table, shared with 2 others, and enjoyed completely!! My Dad, owned a old fashion meat market for years, he always bought his sausages from Otto's. He said, they were the best in Portland. So, 60 years later, they still have... More

A meat market with a sidewalk grill. Can drive by or park and get delicious grilled sausages. Tasty and charismatic, a great local gem. Worth the trip and the stop.
