I went in the last few nights to give this place another chance because a year ago the bartender sucked just like he did this time. Wasn't knowledgeable about their high end bourbons or much of anything they had. Acted as if he'd been inconvenienced when you asked questions, was just flat out rude. When I order liquor that's $30... More

Good beer and nachos and the USA v. Belgium game on a big screen. A lot of fun. Nice and friendly wait staff.

A cozy Irish bar set in an historic building. Good beer selection and the food I had (best Shepherd's pie EVER) was great. Service was friendly and attentive despite a packed house. They have bar, booth, or group high-table seating. Pricing is pretty standard for a nice bar (see website) http://paddys.com/

We stopped for lunch this weekend and had a nice time. The service was good and the food (paddys Rueben and Paddy Burger) were tasty. I loved the "real" corned beef used in the sandwich. Husband had a hef he really liked. Super cool place to watch soccer games. We'll be back.

I was made to move my Mobility Scooter to the back room, some what 20+ feet away from where we sat to eat. I mean a totally different room where I could not even see it. I asked the waiter and he said it was the first time he dealt with one. You can either sit at a table at... More

This place was recommended by some guy that worked at our hotel as a decent place to grab a beer and watch the Trail Blazers game within a couple of blocks. They had a small beer list, but it was a good one with a handful of local Portland drafts that haven't made their way to Minnesota yet. Service was... More

Good little Irish pub. Lots to drink and central to DT. If you stay at Hotel Rose, they are next door to each other.

Discovered this place on our annual trip to Portland. Just around the corner from our hotel, right downtown, 1 block from the river. Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Nice selection of micro brews on tap for a non brew pub. Ten wives nachos are amazing and huge and the slider trio was delicious. Great live music and the service was outstanding.... More

We were in town for just the weekend and stepped into Paddy's mostly because we were cold and it was close to the Max. I'm glad we did - my first impression was 'whoa'. They have an incredible wall of alcohol - starts at the floor and goes all the way up to the ceiling. We had an appetizer and... More

The place was nearly empty on Saturday night. We tried three dishes off the dinner menu and they were each delicious. Our waitress gave us the impression she would rather be hit by a bus than be at work that day, but otherwise the atmosphere was quite pleasant.
