This pub located near Voodoo bagels and shows lots of Premier League soccer and other sports such as Rugby. Having British / Irish food and drink is therefore very appropriate. However, British Sevices attitudes are less so, but that message doesn't seem to have got through and service was chief issue here. Looks like we were not the only ones... More

Fun Irish Pub where families can dine before 8:00 PM. Friendly staff and good food. Ever tried a classic Irish pasty?? They have a feature one every day. Really good fish & chips with a great tartar sauce! Kickin’ Caesar salad!

Walked in here on a hot Sunday afternoon the barman served us minus a smile and then stayed down the other end of the bar even when our drinks were empty. No atmosphere we won't be back!

Love to go downtown to eat at Kells. It's near waterfront so some interesting characters show up on the street. Go for lunch if your hungry for food. Go at night for Irish music, food and crowds! The Guiness is on tap! The menu is typical Irsh food with Shepherds Pie my favorite.

We stopped here before doing our Shanghai Tour and our local friend who was basically our tour guide recommended this for the fish and chips as that is what our 13 yr old daughter was wanting. We came by on a Thursday around 2pm had no wait time to be seated and no wait time for our food. Our waiter... More

Shepherd's Pie was tremendous and stay warm to the very last bite. The stew was okay but I've made better. Guinness Stout was grand. Throughout our visit the service was slow although there were plenty of servers. Mind you, this was between 4:30 & 5:30 in the afternoon. No one asked if we wanted more beer and we had to... More

We were so surprised to find this little gem so close to Voodoo donuts and other attractions. We had an excellent dinner, fish and also chicken curry. The beer was crisp and cold and delicious. They had live music; great service and overall friendly and inviting little gem.

We brought our family to enjoy the music in the event tent. The food choices vary year to year. This year the fish and chips were not offered. However, the helpful staff informed us that we could go to the restaurant and order what we wanted to bring back to the tent. We did that and enjoyed very good lunch... More

Live music makes this Irish pub feel traditional. The drink menu is extensive for whiskey, but fairly limited on beer. The food was good - I had a reuben, but it really needed more sauerkraut and thousand island. The soups were great. It certainly gets a bit loud later, though.
