Good service, dining and river view

Entering Salty's was a little off-putting; the carpeted steps were grimy and the maitre 'd disorganized and disinterested. But, eventually, with the help of the waitstaff, we found what we wanted, shaded outdoor seating by the river. The service was excellent, very caring and prompt, and the... read more

As a 20-something hourly worker, I have to save up a little bit to splurge on a meal at Salty's, but it's worth it every time and they make it really easy to do. As a concierge at a local hotel, they offer me a program to earn dollars towards meals. Every few months, I can earn enough for a... More

Salt's has the MOST awesome brunch around. In addition to the traditional trappings of a delicious meal, they have ALL YOU CAN EAT Dungeness & King crab. The blacken salmon is amazingly good. Pastries are light wonderful. Then there is the omelet bar---you just have to DO IT!!! We went on a Sunday, but they have the same brunch on... More

We had a table for 6 people, I asked about the Razor Clams. Asked waiter about them, are they full sized? He showed me with his hands how big they were. About 5". When I received them, Which was supposed to be a double portion because I love Razor Clams, a small pile of breaded, deep fried bits came on... More

Bread is a weak point, however.

I love coming to Salty's for Sunday brunch. It is so good. Everything is always so fresh. The seafood just keeps on and on and does not stop. If you do not get enough crab legs it is your own fault. I also like the chocolate fountain. The view is absolutely wonderful. I will come here over and over again!

Eight diners for a friends reunion. When arriving thought we'd picked the proverbial tourist trap - not so! All the tables have a beautiful view of the Columbia River and sunset! Wait staff is very professional with knowledge of the menu items. The fish is the standout feature, tho vegetarian & carnivore options are not 2nd class at all! Everything... More

Had the seafood pasta which was a bit salty for my taste probably because of the olives, capers, etc. However, that said the portion was balanced between the halibut, salmon and clams (I may be wrong on the last one). It was served on a bed of ozo pasta so it was lightweight, but very tasty. Yes, their pricing is... More

Lots of places offer a Sunday brunch, but Saltys has a full fledged brunch on Saturdays. Great views overlooking the beautiful Columbia river as well as seafoods, beef, pastries, a chocolate fountain and bottomless mimosas or a Bloody Mary bar as options. Great service, a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Good food and service, but not great, especially for the price. I think what you pay for here is the view over the river.

We cmae here for Brucnh on a Sunday morning and were blown away by the sheer selection of food stuffs on offer and the service from the staff. Due to it being Fathers Day we had to sit at the bar area upstairs rather than a table but that meant we had a great time talking with the staff behind... More
