Have to agree with the previous reviewer...we did a side-by-side comparison taste test between Kettleman's and Noah's and Kettleman's won hands down for taste and texture. Kettleman's are also locally boiled and baked, while Noah's ships their uncooked bagels from out of state and then steam bakes them in their stores. Yes, They have a wide variety, but the bagels always seem a little too hard and a little to dry. I like my bagels kinda chewy and less dense.
