My first impressions were.. are they trying to be 5*? The way the table was set and folded napkin waiting for you as you sit at your table, it is not what you expect when you enter the establishment. It is loud and looks more like a pub than a restaurant. Although I enjoyed the food very much.. our waiter... More

Finally made it here. Saturday afternoon about 2. Not crowded. Friendly staff, good music. Great service without a long wait. Cajun Mac n Cheese is spicy and very tasty. Not the best selection of beers. Long tables mean you may have to be seated next to somebody you don't know. Reasonable prices. I forgot to take home what I couldn't... More

Eclectic and scrumptious, I absolutely loved my time at Montage! Ambiance was delightful; it's housed under a pretty cool bridge and it's fairly deceiving from the outside. When you walk in, the candles are lit, the music is phenomenal and the actual environment has such a great vibe! Super quirky and nontraditional, but really awesome and worth the experience. Service... More

As you walk into this restaurant, the beautiful lady will lead you to the seat. Maybe the only one disadvantage is that you guys sit each other or with strangers shoulder by shoulder, but it's fine. They not only offer delicate meals like seafood or meat, but also some meals for vegetarians! My friend loves it! The famous part is... More

The place is located in a very shady looking place, which was even more creepy with the pouring rain. We didn't have a reservation and had to wait for about 40 ish minutes in our car before they gave us a call to come in.The ambiance is quite nontraditional with dim lighting and long benches which you share with other... This place is really fun if you are in the mood for it. As the other reviews have said here, it is extremly loud and the wait staff are not attentive and seem to be little too obssessed with being hipster that it distracts them from actually doing their job. The food is okay but I wouldnt go out of... More

It had good ambience if you like something different. Seating is in rows so you could be right next to other dinners. Left over take out is unique, each wrapped in foil with a design from the staff. Oysters were nice.

Who would have thought that you could find some genuine French flavor in Portland, Oregon. This was my second visit and it was just as tasty as my first. I ordered Chicken Jambalaya on both visits. I tried to eat slowly, but ended up with the same feeling of sadness when my dish was empty. Planted in the least likely... More

You'll most likely not stumble across this place if you aren't a local, so go find one and ask them to take you to dinner here. Funky neighborhood (under a bridge) and whimsical interior decorations all lead to a dinner menu you will remember. Southern/Cajun style, lots of options and variations to choose from. We tried the flat iron steak,... More
