We happened upon this cafe while traveling and at a nearby laundromat - TA reviews sent us there for breakfast. It was very good and reasonably priced. Very large portions. I had their main combo of 1 egg, bacon and 3 huge blueberry pancakes cooked to perfection. My husband had eggs over biscuits and gravy and said it was really... More

Wonderful selection of menu items at a small diner/café. Five of us had lunch with Rueben sandwich, beef melt, tuna melt, spinach salad and club sandwich. The portions were generous and delicious. I enjoyed the cream asparagus bisque the best.

This Pearl District diner produces a great, filling breakfast. It is small, so short wait can be expected. We had breakfast sandwich, Sappos scramble, and blue corn pancakes. The egg dishes came with crispy potatoes. The coffee is excellent and the refills are plentiful. It is a family run business and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful... More

Found this place on the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives web-site. Definitely worth looking up. Great soups and sandwiches in a quaint setting.

I lucked out on a Saturday morning, with one seat available at the counter. Since I am a visitor to the area, I can't comment on the overall menu. I had the Frazzini omelet which was like a scrambled frittata with pesto with a small bowl of fruit. It was tasty and the decaf coffee was excellent. The staff all... More

Great staff and great breakfast food. The hostess was very sweet and accommodating despite of a Sunday morning rush. Our waitress was friendly and fun. The food was delicious. We ordered Blue Corn Pancakes and Sappho Scramble and enjoyed both! If you do decide to go there on a Sunday make sure to pack your patience and be prepared to... More

This is the old fashioned cluttered noisy small diner with great waitresses so when your done you forgot why you had to go in the first place and order another cup of coffee. I could see where the Byways could feel like home and why other reviewers come here weekly. For me the plane flights would be astronomical !! Nice to... More

This small diner-type restaurant is a different place to go for breakfast. Decorated with old car license plates and souvenir collectors' plates, it has good food at about $10 before the orange juice and coffee. It is noisy and busy most of the time (I've been there multiple occasions). Service is not likely to be fast but the servers are... More
