So at the last minute we decide to take our friend who was having his birthday out to dinner. I have been here several times before, but I have never been so impressed. They went above and beyond to help us have a good night. Explaining how great the service was, how tasty the steak and desserts were would take... More

My husband and I wanted a special place to celebrate, and we came here. I let the hostess know we were celebrating something...the GM was at the desk and overheard us. They seated us at a very nice booth, and then brought us a complimentary glass of champagne. Nice touch. Next came the spicy lobster amuse-bouche, YUM. We decided to... More

First of all, the bone-in filet was amazing. Not the best I'd ever had, but waaay up there among the best. It should've been, though, for the price. It was among the most expensive steaks I've ever had. The rest, however, was disappointing. The bread and butter was the most disappointing, and a bad way to start. I've had really... More

Though they are closed for lunch, we were able to rent the private room for a business lunch presentation for about 50 clients and prospects. The food was terrific and the staff was awesome! Great place for a lunch event as you have the whole restaurant to yourself!

The food is average, the price is way too much...you get a better steak and meal at Ringside, for a lower price. I would NEVER go back here - only if you want to pay a HIGH price for an average steak

We visited the bar area for happy hour. The area was packed and full of energy. It was loud but quiet enough for a one on one conversation. The bar has large windows overlooking the street which is great for people watching. We had the ahi tuna which was delicious and a couple very nicely mixed martinis. Dive bar prices... More

As with all the big name steak houses downtown, Ruth's Chris is also overpriced. You should expect to pay $125-$150 for dinner for two. As long as you know that going in (which most people do), then you will be fine! Most reviews I have read for this location talk of great service, and we were not disappointed there. Our... More

Horrible service. Did not actually Dine there but early in the afternoon on Christmas Eve we were visiting Santa in Pioneer Square. I called over to Ruth's Chris and ask if they were open and currently seating and they said yes. We walked over there only to be told that they were full. Except it did not look full. I... More

Not much to say, nothing good at least. Mundane decor, exorbitant prices, undistinguished service, average food.

I made reservations for my husbands 50th Birthday. It was a surprise so he had no idea until we got there. We had been to the other location years ago and were very happy so looked forward to having a great Birthday meal. WRONG!!! Started out with a great table by the window, (got to look at men's buts while... More
