What a delightful bakery. Baked fresh on site with a large selection of French traditional baked and cafe foods. Our biggest problem is always taking home too much. Breads are well done and the couchet(sp?) small baked pastry purchased by the bag full are a must, Get there early for the best taste, Take several times what you think you'll... More

Stopped in and got a couple of chocolate croissants right before they closed for the night and they were awesome! The other pastries in the case looked good and I definitely would like to have an actual meal here.

Family style seating, fresh bakery smells, warm soups and great sandwiches on a cold rainy December day. It MUST be what France is like! While not inexpensive, worth every bit for the quality and atmosphere. Egg nog bread pudding was a little dry and disappointing but the fresh brioche roll and Buche du Noel rivaled the best I have ever... More

Always wondered what boulangerie is all about? Miss Parisian style bakery items and cafe? Enjoyed an excellent croissant style bakery item this morning with coffee. Though a tad more expensive than some bakeries in town, the quality and atmosphere make up for it. There are some typical baked items; variations on French croissants and breads and specialty bake items, quiches... More

This is the second year that my wife and I have visited our daughter in Portland and stayed in the NW District. We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express so much last year that we stayed there again on this most recent trip. It is just a block away from St. Honore and three blocks from Besaws, our... We were there for early lunch 11:30 on a Tuesday. Not too busy. Indian lentil soup very good, nicoise salad great and duck salad good. The atmosphere is not really friendly even thought they claim it in their menu, but the quality of food is there.

Wasn't it just the other day that SE Division St. in Portland was a dowdy, down-at-heels strip with a couple of coffee shops and an "adult" theater? Time to wake up and smell the coffee - literally. The street abounds with fine restaurants, bars, coffee roasters/shops and at least two outstanding bakeries. And one of those is the wonderful Saint... More

Loved the chance to buy straight from the bakery since I live in south central Missouri and have to drive MILES for chances like this. Service was good and pastries were very good.

I love the bakery and it is as close to Paris as I can get to in Portland. I never seem to get a warm greeting or smile from the staff, which is too bad because I got better service in Paris - believe it or not! Otherwise, this place would be a five star all the way!
