I recommended Saint-Honoré Bakery to my French guests during their stay in Portland. According to them, the tarte aux fraises was delicious, but the pains aux raisins to go were just okay. They are under the impression Saint-Honoré is over rated. Pretentious staff welcomes you. Grand Central was our next stop and they loved the bread. Also, very expensive food... More

You order at the counter. You sit wherever you can find space and you enjoy the food. I had the hot ham and cheese sandwich. Two different pastries and wished I had room to try other things on the menu. Do not go if you are on a diet. EAT and ENJOY the calories.

Have lunch there. Stop for a pastry. Buy some bread for home. You will love it all! And not only that, you will love the atmosphere and feel of the room. Just do it.

We visit the locations in Lake Oswego and on Division street, both are equally nice. The baked goods and the quiche are fantastic. You can also order wine or mimosas. We like to pickup lunches to go at the Lake Oswego location before heading out to wine country. Visit a winery like Ponzi that has a nice view and have... More

Love the eats here , but not enough seating inside. The pastries, and lunch items are truly delish, however the ambiance is lacking since it is so small and noisy.

Every time I'm in Portland, I spend one meal here. The food is delicious and authentic. The pastries are to die for. Unfortunately, it is very crowded and finding a place to sit can be challenging especially if you're with a group. If you have the time and the patience, you will be rewarded with great food.

Worth seeking out. Breads, French pastries, simple lunch fare. The aroma is enticing. On a late Sunday afternoon, the line snaked out the door and under awnings to fine well-stocked cases of lovely items. Half the seating is communal. Nabbing a spot to enjoy your coffee, etc., is iffy. Never mind; if you're driving, walking or heading to a friends,... More

The turkey and swiss croissants we had were quite good, and came heated and paired with a salad. The staff were a bit distracted, so it seemed like a lot of people waited too long for food, and weren't sure what to expect.

Their baked goods here are beyond amazing! I've had their peach pastry and it was flaky and sweet! I usually get the little pastries ( cannot remember the name at the moment! ) but they're balls of flaky goodness! Just stop in here and grab a bag of their pastries to start your day off right!
