This place is the real deal. They actually make everything in the store as opposed to getting it from a central bakery. The place smells heavenly. I had a butter croissant and it was light and tender, just perfect. Spend the extra buck and purchase one of their small jars of preserves. Coffee is good here and my guess is... More

One of the best French bakeries in Oregon. My favorite is the almond croissant. Sandwiches are also good. This place can be very busy on weekends.

We stopped in on a recent Saturday to grab a few goodies before we headed to the airport. We're still talking about those pastries. This is truly a neighborhood gem and we were thrilled to come across it as we explored this area near our hotel. Despite just having had a filling breakfast, we were powerless to resist the pastries.... More

Is it possible to get better croissants, pains au chocolate, pain au raisins, etc in Oregon than in France? well I think this place runs France pretty close. There are French people in attendance, maybe the owners, so it does feel like the real deal. If you want to practice your French come on down. As well as the patisserie... More

We went there as part of a food tour. The chef is an award winning French chef with an amaizng brick oven brought over from France. The presentation of the food is nothing short of amazing and the taste! Awesome! Staff was amazing and would definitely go back there. The neighborhood was great--cute boutiques, produce stands, food carts, and the... More

Everything was great especially the chocolate almond croissants. We spent 2 weeks in France last year and had a chocolate almond croissant for breakfast everyday and these were the closest thing to compare. Chocolate gateau was also delicious.

These boutique bakeries are getting (yawn) boring... It's a nice place to go but certainly out of my regular price league. I had what was supposed to be a cheese-filled type sort of Danish croissant and I couldn't find the cheese. Oh well, Grand Central Bakery is close...

Best baguettes I had in ages, the crust is so good. And so are the croissants and any pastry we tried.
