On a Friday night (7pm reservation) the restaurant wasn't crowded but there were enough people there to make it comfortable. The service was amazing. Everything about the food was awesome. It was the best steak I've ever had and I love that you can split the side dishes (which were EXCELLENT). I can't say enough about what a great meal... More

This is our new favorite restaurant. The food is top notch. Steaks (and seafood) don't get better than this for us. We have now been here 3 times in the last several months, and plan to go more often! I love their bread better than any other restaurant I've been to. I have had beef dishes here that are to... Service was good and the servers were knowledgeable about the menu. Food took a bit long, the pork chop was way under cooked and the filet was not a very good cut. The high light by far was the souffle! So airy and light, perfect finish to the meal.

I was taken here on my birthday and Morton's couldn't have made it more special. They presented us with a custom-printed menu that read "Happy Birthday Dave" across the top. Then, the hostess took our picture, and within minutes, presented us with the photo in a black folder that she had decorated with a sliver-paint pen. We had an amazing... More

We have, over the years, eaten most times at the Ringside in Portland as the ultimate "steak" dining experience. They were sold out, so we "settled for Mortons". What a pleasant surprise. The food was, at least, equally as good. The restaurant is more spacious and a bit "lighter", less cramped. The bar is lovely and the happy hour specials... More

We usually don't splurge but our meal at Morton's was a special and memorable experience. The service was as good as it comes, great wine list, great menu selections, wonderful sides, steak and seafood perfectly prepared (bacon-wrapped scallops!), and several sumptuous desserts to choose from (didn't do that). It was a bit loud but not overly so, and a nice... More

Yes - let me just say it now - it is expensive - it's not an Outback Steak House - It's much more than that. Here's why my family and I make it a holiday tradition: 1. It's hands down the best steak around - exactly the way each of us likes it. 2. Service is impeccable - On the... More

Morton's always been consistently excellent, tonite not so excellent. Service was not up to morton's standard and noise level was a bit too much. Food while consistently good was served luke warm, and as hungry as we were we debated sending back to the kitchen. I have made it a point to visit frequently for special occasions but after my... Never set foot in a Morton's before and had slated a surprise concert across the street so I figured it would be good to include a dinner out. From the greetings on the sidewalk as we entered, to the multiple staff at our table and the goodbyes on our way out, the staff was top notch. Our waiter Blake made... More

We decided on a quick get-a-way to Portland from Seattle for an Anniversary and selected Morton's for our dinner out. What a great choice we made, it was wonderful. Now granted, they did know we were there for a special occasion as I noted that when I booked our reservation through "Open Table" on the Morton's website. From the moment... More
