We had an excellent meal here ... 4 of us with varied tastes. The onion rings are excellent and you must order a Spanish coffee. The "show" is worth the price. Food is a little pricey but it's of good quality for sure.

My wife and I spent the weekend in Portland. After a full day we looked for a restaurant within walking distance to our hotel. We were intrigued with the age of this restaurant and were pleased that we didn't have to wait for a seat. We sat in the original section of the restaurant and enjoyed viewing the antiques. We... Our family stumbled across this place the first night in town as it was close to our hotel. The server got two of our four orders wrong and the prices were high compared to the marginal quality of the food.

We had diner several times in this restaurant which has a great ambience with good food (the buffalo dish is recommended) at reasonable prices. The waiters do an entertaining party trick with flaming Spanish coffees served at the table. The oldest restaurant (1879) in Portland and well worth a visit - booking advisable particularly if you want a booth.

Loved sitting in the original part of this historic restaurant. Great turkey piccatta & turkey drum stick.

This was the first stop on our recent trip to Portland. We chose this restaurant based on a recommendation from the concierge at our hotel. The restaurant itself was very small and intimate. Overall, the food was good and our waitress was very nice. They are known for their roast turkey and the people in our group who ordered it... More

Food always good here, service seems to be so-so but it's long overdue for a renovation!! All booths, tables & chairs need a re-do badly not to mention the bathrooms ugh.. Not sure what was going on with the fruit fly infestation?? We never had any issues with any other restaurants? Huber's is always a restaurant we visit when we... More

The food was good, but not what I expected of a place that has been in business this long. The restaurant specializes in turkey, but the seafood was good. Drink selection was also good. Many tables around us tried the spanish coffee... will have to try next time.

Huber's is the oldest continuously opened restaurant in Portland. The decor is really heavy wood and a definite old-school feel. They are the only restaurant I can recall that makes so many turkey dishes. I even had a grilled turkey caesar salad!!! The Spanish Iced Coffee is fun to watch prepared table-side and man, does it have a kick to... More

Very cool! We went with our family who are locals and were not disappointed. We went specially for the signature Spanish coffee...wow, what a presentation, flaming booze and all. Great Place for a late nightcap. Did not eat so no ideas on their food, but you gotta see this place, worth the stop!
