Like I said, good service. They had just lost their liquor license so it was pretty dead in there. Good atmosphere. Had the pad thai which was decent - not sure if I'm right or not but it tasted like it had a huge amount of sodium which is what made it seem so spicy. Way more than any pad... more

Today was my first visit to E-San for a late lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. E-san is in a great location in downtown Portland, on the Corner of SW 2nd and Pine streets.
