I used to frequent the Cadillac when it was at its old location, eight blocks or so away on Broadway. Three women friends and I were spending a Girl's night out in Portland and we decided to try the Caddie's new locale. Service was perfect (we only had to wait 25 min for a table...I recall hour long waits at... More

I know there are a lot of great breakfast place in portland. Drove past this on broadway and randomly tried it on our wAy out of the city . Mixed grill omelet was great.. Lots of carmalized onions and bacon. Bread really good. Eggs were fluffy! Clean place. Good Bloody Mary .

Now I don't like those eggs, bacon and potato breakfasts. Never did like eggs so a good breakfast is a meal that subjugates or eliminates eggs. A restaurant that kick starts your day. They have it figured out here. I ordered their breakfast burrito and got a large burrito , hid the eggs and really good and filling.

We waited about 15 minutes for a table. We enjoyed an enjoyable meal of raspberry coconut French toast, and a "Santa Fe" omelette. The food was plentiful and tasty. They were very busy.

Great spot for "power breakfast meetings" since the space is quiet, the service is unobtrusive and the coffee is plentiful. Nothing really innovative-- standard waffles, omelets, pancakes but done nicely and fine.

The cafe is well maintained and the service is prompt and friendly. I had the custard french toast. Very tasty, but with three large slices more than I could eat. There also is a coffee bar if you just want some good coffee and a light snack quickly. My wife really enjoyed the gluten free toast - two types available... More

What do you go to a restaurant for? Good food, good service, a nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, clean restrooms. Well the Cadillac has them all but if if truth be told so do many other cafes. The food was good but not really great, the service was a bit above average, the prices likewise. Atmosphere? Nice but not anything I'd... More

We recently returned for breakfast and were very pleased. The breakfast "specials" are always our choice and the smoked salmon scramble was very very good. They also offer gluten free bread for toast which is the best I have ever eaten. Although the restaurant is very crowded, you do not feel rushed and the servers are excellent.

We are regular patrons to this restaurant. Tip: if you're flexible and eating on your own or in a couple, check out the bar for breakfast. There is often a wait on the weekends because it is so popular. Nonetheless, it is worth waiting for the food. The specials are delicious and nice treat. Bunkhouse Vittles if my absolute favorite...
