This restaurant is very small, so you'll want to go early to get a table at lunch time. The food is always fresh and hot. I have never been disappointed with the quality or quantity of food. I like the Pad Thai and the Garlicky Greens (not too garlicky). Either dish can be ordered with a healthy serving of shrimp,... More

My Husband and I are big fans of Thai food. We were out shopping and yelped for nearby Thai food for lunch. What a find! Located in a strip mall (I almost gave it 4 stars because of this) we knew it would be a fast in and out. We started with the Tom Kha and it was as authentic... More

Small place. Been there twice. Rice with Grilled Chicken: This is the equivalent of Lemongrass chicken dish from other Vietnamese restaurants. Chicken wings (garlic flavor) is awesome... just that the minimum number of wings you have to order is 10. Definitely would visit again.

decor nothing to brag about, but comfortable - who cares really when you eat such great food? excellent pad thai, pad kee mao, and garlicky greens. the basic concept here is that half the menu is vietnamese (meat-based, so we were out of luck there), and half is thai (plentiful vegetarian options) - plus for some inexplicable reason, new york... This is a great Asian restaurant. Please try their Saigon Fried Rice, to yam soup, tofu curry. The price is great, nice staff.

We love Thai food. We were traveling to Vernonia from the Portland Airport and decided to stop at Cedar Mill for dinner. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we picked this place and were not disappointed. My husband and I shared an appetizer and an entree and had food left over. The bill was $13.50. What a deal! We... More

I went to CT Bistro with some friends from work. We all ordered different foods -- and all were pleased with the variety. I had their yellow curry with tofu. While not as spicy as I'd prefer, the flavor was terrific and the vegetables were cooked just right. Recommended!

What a hidden gem! this place has terrific, flavorful food. I work just down the street from this place, and had never stopped in for food. Went there with a group of friends, and everyone had different dishes. Each and every dish was awesome - great flavor, wonderful thai food.

This place is part of my extended repertoire for lunch stops near my office. Always friendly, really good food and a standout from the repeating suburban pattern of franchises. Vietnamese, Thai and "NY Wings" sections of the menu. You would not expect this much character when you see where it sits, but give it a try anyway.

Great thai/viet food. Love the decoration and the owners are very nice. Staff are nice as well. Love all the curries and noodles and NY Wings! But the pad thai is not the best but still good. The place is clean and servings are generous.
