Dangerously Delish!

Nothing like seeing an actual bakery where everything is made right there! We loved seeing the HUGE kitchen in the back as weI ordered a scone, cranberry bread, granola with yogurt, and a baguette to go. Everything was very tasty! This is a 20 year experience for me. Casual dining, inside and out, close to Powell's book store. The PBJ is fantastic with their bread, and an extra jam jar if you need a little more!

Love this place and have for years. They have wonderful baked goods, delicious coffee, and nice sandwiches at lunch. Best poppyseed Kaiser West of Germany!

This is our favorite bakery in Portland. The croissants are AMAZING and they sell out. I hear the cinnamon crowns are fabulous but they were gone too. This is no problem, there are tons of other yummy treats to choose from. This bakery has gotten national attention, can't wait to go back!

I was very disappointed to see the food handlers were not using gloves when preparing my breakfast sandwich. Personally, I thought all restaurants used these gloves and was surprised to see this was not the case here.

I always stop here when in Portland. Everything is the best and I buy a fig cookie for the trip home. The Fig Newtons of my childhood are recalled and put to rest.

This is a really nice bakery. We always visit this bakery to have the Gibassier ( an orange and anise flavored treat) I had the corned beef grilled sandwich and it was really good. It is an easy comfortable place to get coffee.

If you are in the Pearl District and want a bakery style breakfast or lunch, this is an easy place to find. I have been in and out of there for years. If you're on a food safari of Portland this is definitely not a bakery to go to. It is fairly unremarkable in terms of their bakery items----certainly not... More
