Leave your vegetarian friends at home. You go here for their meats. And they are wonderful, especially the homemade sausages. Wow! We went for the chef's choice which was a combination of various selections. We had the 'winter density romaine,' a salad with pickled cucumbers as well as the steak tartare. Both were outstanding. The main course was CHOUCROUTE GARNIE |... More

Lunch hour visit, and I ordered 2 cheeses and their Deli Salad. The cheeses were delivered to the wrong table. It took 30 minutes to get the cheese and 45 minutes to get the salad. The salad was good enough to finish, but it was supposed to have some roasted vegetables and hazelnuts in it, but it did not have... More

I really loved brunch here. We got here at a perfect time one Saturday as we probably missed the rush. We were sat very quickly with our service soon to follow. We ordered meat platter with cheese and two brunch items that were both delicious. The coffee was cold brewed I believe and was really amazing! I will be back... More

This was an unexpected revelation. We thoroughtly enjoyed the meats and cheeses. The atmosphere is like a diner, you share tables with others. We loved it!

I didn't know there are two Provisions. The one on TV has the whole hog hanging and curing over the bar. This one has some ham legs hanging over the full bar. Although I was here at lunchtime on a Tuesday, I came to buy sausages. Four of them plus a hot dog to try. Deelish! Soppresatta, Arles, which is... More

Drove from Seattle to experience "olympic provisions" as seen on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Ordered several items. Chefs Choice Charcuterie, Chefs Choice Cheese, and the Shirt Rib. Both the meat and cheese platters were disappointing. The short rib on the other hand, was quite delicious, especially when you dip into the egg yolk from the sunny eggs. A bit... More

Extremely high qualify food, feels very much like an old school European meat shop. We loved everything we tried, including their soup of the day, dog of the day, sandwich off the menu. Restaurant has a great feel. Couldn't have asked for a better lunch.

We were recommended to eat by the beer tender at hair of the dog and it was a perfect recommendation. Would eat here again and again

Hands down, this was the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was made in-house, and far surpassed any other "in house artisanal made blah blah blah" joint I've visited. The Benny was outstanding, and the special sounded so good my boyfriend and I ordered one to share IN ADDITION TO what we had already eaten. Ever since, I've been dreaming... More

After waiting for the 200+ car freight train to rumble by, we found some night street parking and exited the industrial zone into a place of salami and cheese goodness. Small plates are the general order of business here with a massive emphasis on European style, but locally crafted meats and delicious cheeses. The standout small plate was the steak... More
