You go for the meat. Now called Olympia Provisions

This is an out-of-the-way place near the train tracks in southeast Portland. It's a meat place, so don't go expecting much vegetarian fare (thought it's there). They smoke their meat on site, thus the dining area can be smoky - if not visible, then certainly olfactory. You get over that quickly... read more

The Randy. The best sandwich you will have. The bread is perfect, crispy on the outside, but not roof of mouth shreddingly so. It is soft in the middle, and perfectly sauced. There is the surprise crunch of hazelnuts. Just order it and eat it. Get a board too for some variety.

The ambience inside was excellent with great and helpful servers. Enjoyed the varieties of meat and cheese that we ordered as well as some great drinks. Definitely want to return!

Although a $10 cab ride from our hotel, Olympic Provisions was well worth searching out. Wife and I sat at the bar and not only enjoyed excellent charcuterie(French) and cheese boards, we felt the service was very good and we enjoyed watching the kitchen staff scurry around making all the meals. The only downer were the "fried almonds" they seem... More

I was hesitant to eat at Olympic provisions seening how I am a vegetarian. I was so impressed the food was amazing. My friends and I shared a cheeseboard and salad all delicious. And for my entrée I believe it was a blackened cod so delicious. They had great cocktails as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Just dreadful. If you don't want much to choose from, go here. If you like being treated by the waitress as though you don't meet her minimal standards for a customer, go here. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

We finally had a chance to stop by Olympic Provisions (now Olympia Provisions) in southeast Portland a few weeks ago to enjoy a hearty brunch. We have enjoyed their sausages from their Beaverton Farmers' Market booth for several years, but never had a chance to stop by one of their restaurants. This location is in the industrial district around the... More

Had my breakfast here before the game. Yummy. Started with a mimosa and followed with a snack of bread pudding French toast ( yep you read that right ) and for breakfast. Hash, potatoes, sausages, onions with two eggs on top(I added an extra egg) it's like a casserole amazing. Wish I could of gone back. All kinds of meats... More

The only reason we didn't give a rating of 5 stars was the inattentive waitress who had but four other guests to attend to. Stopped by Olympic southeast today around 2:45 and sat at the bar. The chefs, as busy as they were finishing out and breaking down brunch, were helpful, friendly and interactive. Hubby and I went for charcuterie... More
