Food and service were excellent. Jackie and Janessa were are servers. They were attentive and full of good information. Small menu but dishes were very good. Only one beer on tap but a pretty good wine list. Small venue. We were there on a Wednesday at 6:15 and got the last table. Strongly suggest reservations.

Try this place because closer to our hotel, it didn't disappoint us. Food was delicious.. Complimentary bread was excellent, dark sour bread. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.. Dessert was really good, almond cake sprinkle with fresh berries and sauce..yum..yum..

We had some delicious, fresh, thin slices of salmon with crunchy bread as an appetizer since we had already decided on having meat as the entree instead of seafood. I had a steak that was cooked perfectly medium and had a sauce that complimented it nicely. Although it seemed like most of the people around us all ordered the Cioppino... More

It was a really fun place to enjoy a great time and good food. Cippinio was OK, maybe I like a spicier version with an Italian flare. The apps and the desert was really great as was our server!

While this isn't a strictly seafood restaurant we were in the mood for fish and decided to do something different - this came up in our "seafood" search. It was MLS All Star weekend in Portland and we didn't want to deal with the downtown/obvious. Love the Hollywood neighborhood anyway and it was a beautiful night so we sat outside... More

First, the food. OK, not great. The Caesar salad was a mistake. The ciopinno had almost no fish, too many clams, two mussels, one of which was not open, and a broth of no particular distinction. But what I don't forgive is that when I asked the waitress to call a cab (we were Charles's tourists), she handed me a... More

We were taking my son to the airport to go back to school. We read all the great reviews on this place and thought this would be a good farewell dinner. I had the Sea bass, which was cooked okay, but the preparation was not the best. Both the wife and daughter had the Salmon and loved it! I guess... More

My wife, 11 year old grandson and I returned to Portland for our flight home after spending a week sightseeing in Oregon and Washington. I found Cabezon on Trip Advisor when searching for a good local restaurant within a 15 minute drive from our airport hotel. What I expected to be a routine dinner turned out to be the best... More

AMAZING is the only word I need to use the describe this place. The Chef is spot on and the food quality here is a notch above anything else I've had in a long time. The seafood is fresh, mostly local stuff, and the presentation of the food is fantastic. Would definitely return again. The menu is smaller, so don't... More

Truly a wondrous experience. Particularly enhanced by our waitress, Jen. Unique flavors. The lamb dish was a Moroccan delight. The fish cooked to perfection on a bed of yumminess. Shared almond cake dessert and ice cream sandwiches- stunning! What a find!
