We found this on a bike tour and it was awesome! We had the meatball with marinara with cheese, of course, and it was fabulous. They have a full menu of unique, cheesy items.

The line-up was longest for the Grilled Cheese Grill and for good reason! The sandwiches are cheese gooey with interesting additions like avocado, bacon, roasted red peppers and chilies! Served with a big dill pickle spear and potato chips, this was gourmet grilled cheese at its finest!

One of our local food carts that has a kid style adult meal. Good food and fairly quick. Sit under cover outdoors or in the old bus. There is a surcharge for using cards so cash is recommended.

A substantial selection of clever and delicious grilled cheese concoctions, served food-cart style, but with all-weather seating available in an adjacent converted schoolbus. A bit pricey but entirely in line with the rest of Portland's food-cart culture.

A little hard to find, but it was tasty and if you don't like everything on the menu there are other vendors there too, I had a nice organic salad from the guy next door with my Baby Chesus (burger) from this place. Yummy.

There are multiple locations – we went to the Downtown Pod Cart on SW Alder Street. My husband parked the car in the pay lot in the heart of the Pod area and we started walking. There are a TON of food carts in this area, but I already had my mind set on grilled cheese. We arrived around 7-8pm... More

Knowing that Portland had a unique food truck scene, we explored our options and found this gem. It's not often that I'd get a grilled cheese really anywhere, but this place seemed to really make a grilled cheese sound delicious. I tried the cheesus, and I got to say, one of the most unique twists on a grilled cheese sandwich... More

If you like grilled cheese, this is Mecca. The mixture of cheeses on The Gabby, the preparation - I really can't imagine a better grilled cheese sandwich. Not greasy. Not runny. Crisply toasted bread. Cooled just enough to avoid scalding your mouth. Gooey glory. This sounds a little overblown, I admit: it is just a sandwich. But you'll be glad... More

If you love grilled cheese - GO! There is not much to say about two slices of various breads with delicious melted cheese and other goodness inside. I really love their concoctions and I am always going back to try another!

So I arrived at 11:25am. Their sign said they open at 11:30am. I thought great, I'll be the first one in line. This is a food truck, not a restaurant. But they were kinda scrambling and didn't put the OPEN sign on until about 11:45am. This is not a big deal to me. They had good music playing. I ordered... More
