Wonderful Find!

Tonight we met an old friend and his new lady at this NW Williams Avenue Bistro-Style restaurant because we had a $100 gift card purchased at a charity auction that we needed to use. We'd never heard of this eatery at all, but we all enjoyed our unusual dishes and can't wait to go back again! We... read more

As a local, we have so many choices when it comes to great places for dinner and Lincoln is one of our go-to places. Chef Jenn Louis has created a small intimate space with the most amazing food. Focusing on what I would say is rustic Italian at its best! This visited, my husband and I shared plates, a salmon... More

Went here for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. I ordered the poutine. It had a giant meatball on it and really wasn't the poutine that I expected. Service was a little slow as it was not very busy that day. We had a couple of drinks and our bill was pretty high for HH prices.

The menu maybe part of the contrarian trend from healthier cuisine of many restaurants to menus emphasizing heavier (fats, cream, etal) dishes. Not that there is a lack of choices, limited, so one can get a fish dish minus some of the heavier addons (bacon wrapped for instance). Libations (cocktails, wines, craft brews) were plentiful and varied. Our group sampled... More

I may be too old for this restaurant. It is a Friday night, 7:30 pm. As soon as I opened the door I knew this place was not for us. LOUD! Britt may be a spectacular server but she can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. When you can't talk to your table mate without yelling it does... More

It was a first date and from the outside, the place looks like any other trendy Portland restaurant. But the food was amazing! The flavors... wow. And the staff were friendly even though it was a busy night. I would go back there... with friends... not with that guy. :)

We went to this restaurant and used a gift card from our kids. It was very good and the staff went above and beyond. The food was excellent and their wine list was great. Very cozy atmosphere. If you are in the area stop in. You won't be disappointed

Amongst the best food I have eaten. We went with friends on Christmas Eve. Staffing was horrible. One bartender for the entire place, plus the bar and he had some small tables he was wait staff and busboy for. He was also responsible for the washing of the glasses. We waited nearly twenty minutes for each drink order. Our waitress... More

We stopped in here on our last night in Portland and we were very happy that we did. As it was Halloween they were serving the happy hour food all night in addition to the main menu. Pig ear, fantastic. Baked eggs, fantastic. My wife had the Apple fritters and loved them. We split the lamb neck and it was... More
