The brew pub's 18 taps feature Deschutes mainstays plus a selection of seasonal and experimental beers developed and brewed on site exclusively for the Portland pub by brewer Ben Kehs. Most excellent beer, service, and food

I stopped by on a recent walking trip of Portland and had their "small plate" lunch with a few beers. The food was excellently prepared and served and the service was exceptional.

Great to get out of the heat on an unusually hot Portland day and try some beers. Good food, good service. The place is huge, not exactly Portland-esque.

Had to stop at the Deschutes Brewery while in Portland. Wanted to see what they had on tap. We were not disappointed. Ordered the sampler and found a few brews we really enjoyed. Line was long to get in but they moved through the list quickly and we did not wait too long. Menu was large with a lot of... More

We have been to Deschutes Brewery a few times and always have found the wait staff welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed but a bit noisy, and the food good. The beer selection is great and the price is reasonable.

We visited Deschutes Brewery twice during our recent stay in Portland. The first time we had intended to eat but it was so busy and had somewhere to be later, we decided to have a drink and move in. We made sure that we had plenty of time on the second ocassion as we knew it was very popular. I... More

Our bike tour guide recommended we visit and specifically mentioned the pretzel. It's not our normal fare but was amazing!! The other items we ordered were also great.

We wanted to try some local beer and Deschutes has a lot of positive reviews so we gave it a try. Luckily we were able to grab a spot in the bar area and sampled a beer flight. The server was somewhat disinterested and lacked knowledge about the variety of beer options. In fact, this server (I forgot his name...or... More

I ve been a bartender myself and this guy was just rude - Bryan. Terrible servive from him. Go to this bar but avoid this guy. Very very bad. I ve never met such a rude disrespectful barterder. If u dont like your job, quit it. Just dont push your unhappiness on the customers.

Went here with my girlfriend, her brother, his wife and their 4 year old girl. It was family friendly which was nice for her. The drinks were priced the same as other places. The quality was more mild flavor rather than the options. For me and that price point (7.00 a brew) I anticipate something that I could not brew... More
