We had the goulash, and it was very good. You have to wait a few minutes, because he pretty much makes everything from scratch. Spicy, so have extra napkins!

After walking around all the food carts on this street, this was a great find. The owner was genuine, the food was fantistic and the price was reasonable. I had the classic schnitzel. My friend had the goulash and dumplings. It met all our expectations. If you are in the area, it's a must do.

Best Portland find! We had the schnitzel classic which was best money spent and delivered the traditional Czech experience, also the goulash with dumpling was amazing! The owner was so lovely in taking and cooking orders on a busy lunch period with such a friendly smile, I wish I had more days to try everything on the menu. The wait... More

The schnitzelwich tasted great and was very large (the half size option would have been enough for me). Grab some napkins because it gets messy! I'll definitely get another one and try some of their other offerings next time I'm in Portland.

This is a cash only cart, so make sure you have some greenbacks or coins when you visit. It is located on Stark street, near 5th, so at the south end of the cart pod located there. I tried Tabor's signature offering, the Schnitzelwich. I asked for pork, but they also prepare it with chicken. I got it with the... More

Far the best food value in Downtown Portland. Get the famous & huge "Schnitzelwich" , Gulash with Dulpings or just any of their Specials of the Day, rotated daily. Viva Tabor

One of the most unique and delicious things I've had period, let alone from a food truck. Hidden among the other food trucks in this park is a Czech treasure of bread, meat, and delicious sauce, the epic Schnitzelwich. They speak of this delicious sandwich in hushed whispers but those who are brave enough to go in search will find... More

There's a reason this cart has been voted as one of the top 10 food carts in America. I got the schnitzelwich, which was a breaded, fried piece of pork on a delicious ciabatta style bum with a horseradish sauce and a red pepper sauce generously slathered on top. This sandwich is one of the things you must try while... More

Perhaps German schnitzel and Czech schnitzel are different, but I think that when most of us in the US hear 'schnitzel' we think of the plate thin, lightly breaded German dish by that name. This is not that. It's an incredibly thick chunk of pork loin or chicken that is heavily breaded and covered in sauce. It's good, but it's... More
