After a long driving day, we enjoyed dinner here. Good fish & chips in a diner setting. They do serve beer. Service was fine for the price. Glad we stopped.

The crazy Norwegian was recommended by a friend , and altho I rarely have deep fried food decided to try. I started with the clam chowder, fair (with their sourdough bread ) good, I tried the fish taco which was pretty good, and my partner had the fish and chips ,good . I was told this was the # 2... Good fish & chips & fish tacos. Not the most polite service. I'd go back if I found myself in Port Orford again.

Middle of the road quality for our once every two year fix of fish and chips. I must admit that fried food is not our forte, but the remembrance of fried food brings us back every couple years for a fix of fish and chips. This establishment filled that purpose. Not open the first three days we were in Port... More

This is a quirky little well-run place. The clam chowder was OK but nothing spectacular. However, our lunch entrees more than made up for the chowder. My hubby loved his fish tacos and I had the fried seafood platter (which we ended up sharing as it was so plentiful) - included were perhaps the best fried shrimp we've ever had!!!!... More

Great burgers and seafood. Visit just before or just after prime hours for quicker seating. We always stop when passing by.

Heard this was a good place to eat so we walked into a very tiny crowded dining room and all the tables were full. No one except glaring customers acknowledged our entrance. We took a walk and return ed about 7:30 knowing they stopped serving at 8:00. Again no one acknowledged our entrance including the waitress at a table by... More

Came back just to eat lunch here on a Thursday because it is closed earlier in the week. Small dining area. We got there about 11:45 a.m. and were able to get a table, but a wait list started soon after. Service was good, fish and chips with the homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce was very good. My husband had... More

We heard this was the most popular place in town so we gave it a try. We both agreed the clam chowder was delicious. The fish and chips was nothing special as far as we were concerned but then we don't eat a lot of fried food. The merionberry pie was excellent. If we go again we will definitely try... More
