This is a quirky little well-run place. The clam chowder was OK but nothing spectacular. However, our lunch entrees more than made up for the chowder. My hubby loved his fish tacos and I had the fried seafood platter (which we ended up sharing as it was so plentiful) - included were perhaps the best fried shrimp we've ever had!!!!... More

Great burgers and seafood. Visit just before or just after prime hours for quicker seating. We always stop when passing by.

Heard this was a good place to eat so we walked into a very tiny crowded dining room and all the tables were full. No one except glaring customers acknowledged our entrance. We took a walk and return ed about 7:30 knowing they stopped serving at 8:00. Again no one acknowledged our entrance including the waitress at a table by... More

Came back just to eat lunch here on a Thursday because it is closed earlier in the week. Small dining area. We got there about 11:45 a.m. and were able to get a table, but a wait list started soon after. Service was good, fish and chips with the homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce was very good. My husband had... More

We heard this was the most popular place in town so we gave it a try. We both agreed the clam chowder was delicious. The fish and chips was nothing special as far as we were concerned but then we don't eat a lot of fried food. The merionberry pie was excellent. If we go again we will definitely try... More

Amazing food that's worth a little wait. We came at 2 pm thinking the lunch crowd would be gone. I had the shrimp melt. Lots of shrimp, yummy cheese on what tasted like homemade bread. My husband had the Uff da burger and all he could do was make happy noises. We finished with frosty mocha pie. I can't begin... More

We love the crazy Norwegian. The salmon sandwhich is the best. A grilled piece of salmon on a bun. The fish and chips are very good and the burgers are very good. It's a must stop.

We'd read on Trip Advisor that Crazy Norwegian's was good so we thought we'd try it while in Port Orford. Our conclusion: we agree. Friendly staff, great food and a fun dining room made this a most enjoyable fish-and-chips experience. Recommended.
