Stopped for a late lunch and what a great surprise. Tri tip sandwich was great, a tad spendy but was worth it with the duck fat fries. My wife's acorn squash was great too. Amazing view on the porch. Service was great too. If you are driving through Port Orford stop in even if it's just for a drink.

We stay in Port Orford now and then for a quiet coast getaway. We've known about Redfish for some time and finally gave it a try. Had Sunday brunch. Just enough choices on the menu. I had the tri-tip sandwich with a salad and my wife had the Eggs Benedict. Good food. The waitress was pleasant and answered our questions.... More

Port Orford is definitely a tiny gas stop on the Hwy 1 Oregon Coast and you can easily miss the Redfish which is the first left as you enter town....I was first drawn to architecture and placement of this restaurant which is post-modern and hip....right on a cliff above the breaking water....it either meant too expensive with poor food or... We could have ordered almost anything on the menu, it all sounded so good. As it is we ordered 6 dishes and each was outstanding. Ocean view and lovely terrace but it was rainy when we were there but still enjoyed the view. 5 star restaurant!

Greeted by a lukewarm waitress at lunch. Good beer in pints 5.00 Very small limp watery cod on dry bread with a touch of tarragon mayonnaise. Had a lovely lunch with a great view and jazz playing in the background. I found the staff attentive and friendly. Food quality high with surprising touch of sophistication in presentation, portion size and flavor.
