First lets get the UGLY out of the way. On our first visit to the dining room I was taken aback by such rude snarky treatment by our server. This is in the first 5 minutes! I asked for a Sierra Mist soda. Server didn't know what that was so I said it's like 7 up. I'll have a 7... More

Let me start by thanking you for taking the time to visit Plateau. I am sorry to hear you found the fried dumplings unappetizing, we value guest remarks on our plates and will use this information to improve or replace that dish. We don’t currently have a buffalo burger on our menu but we do offer our signature Plateau burger... More

Haven't been to the Plateau for six months (usually go 2-3 times a year), and we were very pleased to see that, even though the menu frequently has "new offerings", the current line up was quite varied (but still with some old favorites), and with ingredients that you could even understand and pronounce!! (We've been to several higher end "yuppie"... More

The plateau in wild horse is worth it. Great service, very good food! The martini was excellent -the potato pancake appetizer should have been crispy instead of limp, but the flavor was good and the portion of morels was generous. The salmon was ok....but break those hazelnuts up, you have to chase them! The scallops very nice. Desert, the banana... More

We stayed a weekend at Wildhorse Resort, and tried this restaurant while we were there. The view was amazing. The meal was a wonderful experience (they paired a glass of wine with every course), from the flavored butters to the beautiful desserts. The cheese course was truly outstanding (I have been using artisanal honeys on cheese ever since). The Prime... More

Sharon, Thank you! What a nice review. You had the experience that we truly hope all of our guests will walk away with. It is the little details such as the flavored butter and the view of the mountains are what we hope are the cherry on top of a delicious meal! I hope you will come back and see... More

The food here is amazing. The chef knows what he is doing when pairing menu items. Everything seems a bit "odd" or adventures if your not normally dining at a high end establishments like this. But trust me, you may not have heard of it but you will love it. Plus for the amazing cuisine the prices are very reasonable.

After reading so many good reviews about this pace, my girlfriend and I decided to try to place as it is supposed to be a nice place. I, myself work in the food industry and like to go to nice places. Let start by saying the wine list is great. The food, not so much. First off it took almost... More

We certainly apologize for falling short on your expectations of the meal. Striving for consistency in a restaurant, as you know, is more often than not the most difficult part of the process. We will take note and make every effort in constantly improving. The doctrine of our staff is the constant respect of the foodstuff we procure from receiving... More

I had such a nice time here. I loved my dinner, and others in my party liked theirs too. I loved the bread and flavored butters, just a nice extra touch. Staff was attentive, and the view is gorgeous. How is this place rated lower than Cimmiyotti's? I wonder if people know it is there above the casino. Definitely not... More
