Great place to have a quiet and great meal.

It was our 49th anniversary and we wanted to have a steak and a bottle of wine so we chose the Plateau restaurant in the hotel. We were not disappointed. My wife chose a pork medallion dish and it was great. I had the pepper corn steak and it was great. The flavor was outstanding. The service was... read more

We were staying at the hotel Mother's Day night. We asked for a reservation for 7:30 thinking we had no chance. The ladies at the desk were incredibly accommodating and at 7:30 we had a nice table. They were serving food specials for the occasion and my steak was exceptional.

We went for dinner with my coworkers to celebrate the holidays. It was wonderful, besides that we had to wait 15mins past the time they were supposed to open because someone forgot to unblock the entry from the casino. Our waitress was very informative about the food and wine selections. She was even courteous enough to bring me samples of... More

Thank you for letting us know about your visit with us in the Plateau. My apologizes for the wait as the stair way entry being blocked I have brought this to our hostesses attention that this needs to be open at the time of service. I am glad that you have enjoyed your server, your meal and that you were... More

My husband and I visit the Wildhorse Resort and Casino every couple of months as we live 3 1/2 hours away. It makes a fun road trip and we had a new car to take for a run. We have never eaten at Plateau, always choosing the buffet (adequate) and sports bar (very good). But back to Plateau. It was... More

First lets get the UGLY out of the way. On our first visit to the dining room I was taken aback by such rude snarky treatment by our server. This is in the first 5 minutes! I asked for a Sierra Mist soda. Server didn't know what that was so I said it's like 7 up. I'll have a 7... More

Let me start by thanking you for taking the time to visit Plateau. I am sorry to hear you found the fried dumplings unappetizing, we value guest remarks on our plates and will use this information to improve or replace that dish. We don’t currently have a buffalo burger on our menu but we do offer our signature Plateau burger... More

Haven't been to the Plateau for six months (usually go 2-3 times a year), and we were very pleased to see that, even though the menu frequently has "new offerings", the current line up was quite varied (but still with some old favorites), and with ingredients that you could even understand and pronounce!! (We've been to several higher end "yuppie"... More
