We stopped by Grateful Bread on our last morning in Pacific City. When we walked in the place smelled great - you know that fresh bakery kind of smell! We were seated, immediately greeted and brought cups of hot coffee. Our order included fresh biscuits with homemade gravy and scrambled eggs and a western omelette served with homestyle potatoes and... More

Well we had a great breakfast here. The smells as you enter encourage you to eat all day. Everything is so goo and a slightly quaint setting. Staff is wonderful and so friendly. But it's the food, lets be honest, DON"T miss this place.

The scones are so delicious as are the lemon bars. The iced latte is pretty good too. I didn't stay for a meal but the place was packed.

Just popped in this morning for morning tea. It was heaving so decided on take away coffee and cakes. This is THE BEST BAKERY!!. The blueberry white choc scones light and fluffy, cream cheese brownie to die for.

I've been going here for 20 years and it's my all time fave breakfast place. The gingerbread pancakes are to die for! Anything that you order is going to be delicious. Excellent baked goods as well, don't miss it if you're in the area!

Stopped in for breakfast and it was fantastic. Stopped in for a scone but the food we say changed our minds. The assortment of fresh baked treats at the counter makes it hard to choose what to get but don't worry, they are all good. If you are in the area and like a good breakfast you should stop here.

First time into Grateful Bread and got the granola bowl, SO GOOD! The piled on the fresh fruit! If it's busy, it's worth the wait.

The Grateful Bread is very busy for the breakfast crowd but worth the wait. The basic breakfast of a couple scrambled egg, potatoes, and two biscuits with coffee totaled about $6! The food is great and the service staff very friendly. If you are staying at Shorepine Village of at the Inn, it is worth the 25 minutes "walk to... More

The setting is laid back, and the food is great. There is usually a line in weekends whenever we've been there, and they're closed Tue and Wed, so plan accordingly. Backed goods are always fresh, made on the spot, and a different variety all the time. The egg dishes are imaginative and delicious. (for the veggy omlet, the description is:"... More
