I'm glad we stopped in at the Pelican. Lots of home brew on tap and a sizeable menu without being over the top. My fish tacos were fantastic and my wife love her chicken pot pie. I also had steamer clams and they were quite tasty. The service was prompt and friendly but it felt like they were stretched a... More

They brew their own Root Beer, and its good. Waitress said the Fish Tacos were the best. Worst I've ever had. Well, 2nd worst. 3 small folded flour tortillas, 4 very small pieces of grilled fish on a tiny bed of weird Asian slaw (which was the best part), 1/4 sliced Avocado, ball scoop of tasteless rice. For $14.99 you... More

I have been there twice in less than a week. The first day our server was so personable and attentive. Our second visit our server was the total opposite. The atmosphere is spectacular, how could it not be. The sand of the beach comes right up to the edge of the outdoor seating area. The weather was spectacular with a... More

Boy, you can't have a better location than the Pelican, right on the beach. The place is packed. They have a wonderful patio, if you can get a table - probably going to wait a while for it. My wife and I waited almost an hour for outdoor seating, while we saw several patio tables sit empty for long periods... More

The beer is pretty good. Stop for a pint but skip the food unless you have had too many. I had rockfish tacos and they were about 75% seasoning and 25% overcooked fish. My wife had a salad, clam chowder and some bread. She didn't care for any of it.

The perfect location, right on the beach. I'm sure this pub/restaurant is a little goldmine, and hence predictably it is complacent. Food was ok, but nothing special. Service was poor... Two starters arrived, but the third didn't ... It was no longer available. So whilst two ate, one of us waited for a different choice. The missing starter arrived, followed... More

We walked in a 10:40 A.M.and we're told breakfast buffet was over in 20 minutes then lunch was served. We were told the bar was open and beer was served. We sat and sat and sat. No one ever came to fake our order. There were 3 locals about 6 stools down from us that were having a very animated... More

I so enjoyed this restaurant and pub that I ate there two nights in a row. The beer was very good, but I especially liked their version of linguine with fresh clams, their great clam chowder and spring rolls. Our servers were very friendly and professional. And you can't beat the view!

You pay for the view. A $15 turkey Ruben with one slice of turkey meat and two pounds of sauerkraut. And they have the nerve to charge a dollar more for dressing for the fries.

The food and service are excellent!!!! If you like clam chowder, it is incredible. I am not a beer drinker but they are known for their beers...a must try. The Kiwanda Cream Ale was my favorite. Lunch on the patio is perfect but plan to to wait - that is the favorite place for most people to eat.
