Several people have told us to be sure to have breakfast at Village Coffee Shoppe next time we were in Pacific City. We have just returned from a couple days and we stopped. It's a very small restaurant with about 8 or so tables. Although, it's older and dated it has a charm that is cozy. The breakfast was excellent.... More

We stopped here for breakfast. The place is older, rather small and was pretty busy. There were several take-out orders ahead of us, so we waited a little bit longer for our food than I expected. The service was very friendly and the food was good. I had the strawberry pancake with whipped cream! Our coffee was refilled frequently. Would... More

We go to pacific city once a year and make sure we visit here. The clubhouse sandwich is huge and made with homemade bread.

The kids ordered Mickey Mouse pancakes. I expected the typical 3 circles (which is all I know how to do!), but we were happy to see these special pancakes that were made in an actual Mickey Mouse waffle iron! The French toast was perfect, and best yet was the lovely chat we had with a Vietnam Vet who we invited... More

It's beyond tiny. But if you like diner food this is the place for you. Breakfast is the best part of the day, and you can tell by the crowd. This is the locals choice for consistent food and very reasonable prices. The owner is a bit over the top with holiday decor, but little kids would like it.

We visit Pacific City every year and we never miss "The Village". If you want atmosphere this is the place. You can spend hours drinking coffee and listening to and watching the locals, because this is where they're at. The food is better than average....the prices some of the lowest you'll find on the Oregon coast. The service will remind... More

Had an excellent breakfast here recently. The service, value, and selections were all very good. Dont be fooled by the exterior, there are several tables inside. They have home made pastries too. Cash only though, so be prepared for that. We will be back!

We had breakfast here twice on our visit to Pacific City. We tried the chicken fried steak and the omlettes. Both were above average. Very, very small restaurant. Also a bakery. Friendly good service. The prices were very reasonable. We will return on our next trip to Pacific City.
