Great evening meals with great people. We met the owner who serves food to the customers and greets the people when she has time. Good clean food.

We had supper here and had Clam Chowder with hot wings on the side. Great food. Prices were great for the food and the place is clean and the staff pays attention. We will be back.

We're on vacation and I have been eating Clam Chowder up and down the Oregon coast. That it all I ate at the Oar House and cannot speak of any of their other food, but it may be the best I have ever had. Absolutely the best of any on the Oregon Coast on this trip and we ate at... More

We first when to the Pelican House but read the reviews and decided to leave and try the Oar House. What a mistake. The onion rings and home made chips that are so famous were dripping in grease. The fish and chips were so over cooked the crust had to be cut with a knife. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON... More

This place should be on the beach and not the Pelican! The food is great, prices reasonable and the service good. The beer and sodas are piped through refrigeration, so they are nearly ice cold and refreshing. The tap selection could be bigger, but is well represented. I had a great drink from the bar, Rum Passion or something like... More

Came in for dinner one evening while attending the excellent Pacific City Birding and Blues Festival. Had first tried the Pelican Pub but the lines were way too long. Went to the Oar House hoping for a similar experience. The Oar House was pretty empty so it was easy to find a seat. The inside is similar to many pubs... More

Perfect for an inexpensive family dinner. Menu offers steaks to pasta, soups to salads. You really should try the homemade chips.

Been here several times for lunch. The food is always fresh and dependable. Always leave satisfied with plenty of leftovers. Decor is clean, bright, and fits the beach and pc community.

Our family goes to Pacific City each year and it's great to finally have found an alternative to the over priced pub that everyone seems to go to! The Oar House has a great local pub vibe and our lunchwas delicious. You have to try their homemade hot potato chips. Oh MY! I had the turkey gobbler sandwich which was... More
