Despite its name and its inconspicuous appearance, this place is not just a coffee place. It currently serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks to another review on Tripadvisor we tried it for dinner. There were 6 of us. The service was good. Those who had the oyster shooters loved them. The seafood tacos were a good choice but the fried... More

Great coffee & breakfast menu. Also enjoyed our dinner the next day. Great little place and right below our hotel room so we were able to get take out and eat in our room overlooking the beach.

Sunday supper (2/17/13) was at the "Brewin in the Wind Cafe" (obviously a coffee house although I didn't know that until afterwards -- I thought I was at the Pacific Seafood Cafe...) I did not find this cafe to be inexpensive, but I was happy with the quality received for the price. I had a great clam chowder, pureed in... More

Good prices, friendly and efficient service. We had the black bean burgers with salad which were very good. It is usually served with fries, but they cheerfully subbed the salad with no extra charge. The barista was also friendly and made excellent coffee.

Last Thanksgiving week was our third trip to Oceanside, Oregon, and we thought we had covered all the restaurants in this very small town. One day the others in my party went for a lighthouse tour and I stayed home, decided to walk down the hill and have lunch. I had spotted Brewin in the Wind before, but based on... More

We had eaten here before in October and the food and service was great. End of December, the food was awful and the service had the "whatever" attitude. I came down for my birthday and i was really looking forward to eating here again. I was incredibly disappointed. Disappointment is one thing but a health hazard is another. I specifically... More

This establishment is run by 2 lovely ladies, with very kind spirits. Their food is delicious, prices are reasonable. I absolutely love their Mango Smoothie, and will make a special trip 10 miles out of my way to enjoy one. They offer breakfast baked goodies, and Tillamook Ice Cream! The highlight of visiting Oceanside's quaint little village.

We had breakfast there one morning, everything was cooked to perfection. Food tasted great. Good atmosphere, too.

There are only two restaurants in Oceanside, and we tried both. The other one has the slightly better view, but this one has the definite edge on food. The atmosphere is relaxed, homey, a little funky, with good art on the walls. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We started with clams in a broth so tasty you could... More
