The Calamari was light, delicious and fried to perfection! My husband had a Rib Eye steak - grilled to perfection, with the Gorgonzola sauce. My husband ordered his steak medium, it came slightly over-medium (but plenty of pink) and the chef offered to remake it -without our prompting. The... read more

Five of us enjoyed awesome dinners here last night. First we shared 2 Big Fresh Crab Cocktails (yum!) and then 2 of us had the Seafoof Combination plates, One has crab, One had Prawns in Pasta Alfredo, and lastly One had Chicken Alfredo Pasta. All 5 were great! No complaints on taste, size, or service. All tasted fresh and three... More

This is probably my favorite place to eat in Coos Bay/North Bend. The stuffed mushroom appetizer is worth the wait as it takes a bit of time to prepare. The dinner salads are beautiful as well as being delicious. I have never ordered anything here that I've been unhappy with. The only minus I can say about the restaurant is... More

Very dated menu. Breaded everything. Cajun halibut. Cream sauces. Impossible to get fresh seafood simply prepared. Decor dated. Wine list OK. But for this kind of food and the least expensive bottle of wine and no dessert to pay $77 before tip? Never again. Not worth it in any way, shape, or form.

Old and funky building...very 60s! But the food was excellent! Had the cod with mango curry sauce, it was soo good, and the grilled pineapple was to die for! Will stop again if I go back that way!!

Funky old restaurant felt like a place you might have visited in the 50s with your parents or grandparents. But, great food, good views of the water and excellent service. My friend and I shared a fish dinner and it was plenty of food. Would definitely return if in the area again.

A bit expensive and the owners can be a bit arbitrary, especially on holidays, but overall very good. The steaks are second to none in the area and fish dishes are a bit hit and miss but only because fish is sometimes overcooked for my taste. The smokes salmon and calamari appetizers are outstanding, the oysters not so much. The... More

A local landmark, this restaurant serves top-shelf traditional American food. Being on the coast, the seafood is always fresh and local. The Italian dishes are made from scratch ingredients, not cans and the freezer section. The beef is out of this world. The grilled rib eye, 1" thick, is my go-to. I don't know what the seasoning is that they... More

This place was highly recommended by several people we queried. Easy drive over the bridge, take the second right from town - don't turn at the light, the next turn! The menu offered a wide variety from seafood to steaks. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and they were really good, we also heard their calamari is very good as... More

My husband and I ate here often when we lived in the area. Our last visit was 20 years ago. We decided to celebrate my birthday at our old stomping grounds and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent - we both had a halibut dish that was cooked to perfection. The stuffed mushrooms are a must. Even though... More
