We decided to try something new and went down to the historic waterfront to eat at The Coffee House. It's pretty close to Ripley's Believe it or not. The restaurant was small. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was crowded and we got the last table, you seat yourself. The coffee was excellent,... More

Great house made food for breakfast and lunch. They are right on the Bayfront with a great view across the street of the bay.

I love this place and so glad I found it on TripAdvisor. You order your food, find a seat and wait for them to call your name and bring out your food to you - it's nice to enjoy the view or your company while waiting. I wish I had ordered hot chocolate because it was cute coming out in... More

Many people seem to think this is the best breakfast in town -- if you have the time to wait. Personally I like to have hot coffee with my breakfast. With a lot of people waiting to order we ordered our coffee with breakfast. The coffee, which was good but not great, came way before breakfast, so it was lukewarm... More

A 5 Star Plus place for breakfast in Newport Bay, OR. It's small, quaint and just across the street from the bay, where you can buy freshly caught fish. The food is amazingly tastee and HUMONGOUS in size. The pancakes were way bigger than the dinner plates upon which they were served. Our seafood omelet was filled with seafood, veggies... More

This is a cozy little place on the bay front. We stopped in for lunch and since we love English pasties (not 'pastries') we each ordered one. They were beef with veg and quite good. They're pretty large - I took half of mine home. My husband had a bowl of clam chowder which he said was also quite good.... More

A lovely place to have a wonderful breakfast and watch the boats going out in the morning. The food was excellent. Grab a another cup of coffee after breakfast and walk along the wharf and in the town when it is nice and quiet.....very early!

This place is a gem. Great location and atmosphere. Coffee is fantastic. The pancakes were great, as were the home fries, bacon, ect. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the food and coffee is pretty pricey, more expensive than other establishments in the area. Highly recommended if you dont mind paying a bit more for the quality
