In a sea of restaurants on the main drag, this restaurant was recommended by the Concierge at our hotel. The 30-minute wait for lunch was worth it. The fried oysters and Dungeness crab po boy accompanied by a fine Oregon Pinot just blew us away. Impressively, each type of seafood in the display case is marked with date of purchase... More

We ate here again on the way back from our trip to Canada. We have eaten here before a few years ago. This time there was a waiting list f about 15 minutes. The place has expanded and now has a top floor with a view of the harbor. The food again was fantastic for me as I had the... More

Loved this place! I had the rockfish tacos and yummy they were good! My hubby had pan seared oysters. He said they were very good as well. We sat on the upper level with a spectacular view of the harbor. The wait staff was friendly and it was a busy place. No reservations but got right in. Loved this and... More

Sit by the large open doors and take in the sunshine and view of the marina listening to the seals. Enjoy a beer and try one of their fun seafood dishes like the Rockfish Italiano or the grilled fish wrap. Enjoy!

I had here my best meal among all the restaurant I went in the entire Oregon coast. It is a rather small place with seating inside and outside on the docks, with a great view of the river/inlet. There is a large assortment of fish and crustaceans and they are all prepared according to your wishes. The fish is very... More

Historic Newport, Oregon is worth a stop on your visit to the Oregon coast. Fun galleries with handmade artworks dot the streets on the west side, while the bay side of the single main street is lined with seafood warehouses and the sounds of barking sea lions. On day two of our forray to find the perfect Oyster dinner, we... More

A little on the pricey side, but the food and service were good. Much better than a lot of places on the bayfront. We stopped in for lunch and it was very busy, but no real complaints.

We had an excellent lunch meal here. All four of our meals were fresh, well prepared and tasty. Our entrees included the Fishwives stew, seared king salmon with roasted poblano pepper, the halibut special, and the roasted garlic and dungeness crab soup. All were excellent and I'd recommend any of them. Service was outstanding and the price fair.

The food was excellent - i had the Nicoise salad with freshly cooked albacore tuna and my husband had the Rockfish cod with black beans - both were excellent. The wait staff was helpful and very friendly. Upstairs seating is quieter but has less of a view. There is also a seafood market on the first floor. Handicapped accessible with... More
