We spent a month in this area. Mo's restaurants are allover this area of the Oregon coast. They advertised themselves as having the best Clam Chowder in the world, and the best seafood in the area.Not.... The food was less than average , greasy, pretty much lacking in flavor the atmosphere over lunch hour was nonexistent, slow, and my halibut... More

After several visits with a larger group near the end of there service, having a variety of dishes, they are a good place to eat. Value was good for this area, service was very friendly, and quality was great. Not the best chowder but very good. Portions were on the small side so value for price was a little lacking.... More

In Newport there are 2 locations. They are on the same block, one on each side of the street. The one on the water side does not have a fryer, so don't expect to be able to order calamari at that location. But the other options of food are wonderful. We have eaten multiple times at Mo's. and in multiple... More

The chowder that made this restaurant "famous" is should be called POTATO soup. For every 100 peaces of potato - if you are lucky - you will find a clam.

I came here this last week and was very displeased with the unexceptional poor service. I had to wait to be seated and the hostess was very rude while sitting me and sat me away from everybody else like I was some kind of Aids Monkey and that I might infect everybody else that was sitting in there. When she... More

We'd never eaten at this Mo's, but found it offered the same delicious Clam Chowder, friendly service and excellent seafood choices and desserts. It's smaller in size than Lincoln City's Mo's, but if you can find a place to park in that busy part of town, you'll be glad you made the effort to find Mo's.

this restaurant in Newport,The 70 - year - old family restaurant。 Homemade bread is delicious。Food has distinguishing feature, the shop assistant is very good, but want to line up, but is worth it.

Just sat for 10 minutes at Mo's and couldn't even get a smile from a server least of all waited on. Watched multiple servers walk around us serving a large table that came in after us. The restaurant was not even close to full. When we told the hostess, she laughed. Way to NOT go, Mo's!

You have to like seafood to go there and not mind sitting at a common table with other people. They are famous for their clam chowder, clams and shrimp salad. You have to go there at least once for the experience.

The food was OK I had the fish tacos and my wife had halibut and chips, we both had the claim chowder what they need to learn is to season the food, the chowder tasted so bland, I added Tabasco, salt pepper and I readded the butter hoping it would help and it did nothing.
