The fish was fresh and the chowder was excellent. The servers were very nice. I really enjoyed the location on the waterfront.

Have friends who said Mo's was good. Chowder is about like Snow's, available in the store. Don't need to pay the extra price to have it heated. No need to return to any Mo's, since there are really good seafood restaurants available on the Oregon coast.

I have eaten at the Mo's in Lincoln City many times and the food and service are outstanding, and very consistent. We finally ate at the original Mo's in Newport and we were very disappointed. The service was bad, the food was NOT nearly the quality of the Lincoln City Mo's. The fish was overcooked and cold. I do not... More

Everything about this place is horrible except for the view. The location is amazing but the food is really greasy. I can't figure out why this place is so popular.

If you are going to go to the Oregon coast, you have to eat at Mo's. There may even be a law that says something like that. I'll never have to worry about breaking that law (if there is one) because we always eat at Mo's when we visit the coast. There are many Mo's along the coast, so no... More

Mo's is a very popular restaurant with tourists. One very good thing is that they do not have a fryer, so all their fish is grilled or baked. For those of us who can not eat fried food that was very good information. On the other hand I did not find their food all that wonderful.

I have eaten clam chowder all over the Pacific Northwest. Mo's clam chowder does not live up to its claim. My last visit it was all potato and flour with very few clams.

Had lunch at this restaurant while in Newport and we were glad we did. I am not a seafood lover but there was choices for me. I had chili in a bread bowl and my husband had the clam strips which were good. Cool building in the downtown of Newport.

An outsider while driving during a massive down pour would soon know this restaurant would be difficult to find. We were lucky to find a lunch time parking spot directly across the street and ran to the shelter of this dining spot. The reviews by friends were such as we had to try a Mo's and so we found this... Mo's is famous for their wonderful clam chowder and other dishes. They are always busy and treat their guests very well. We met friends from Utah who there for the food as we were. This was our 4th visit. After eating we just had to walk across the street to see sea lions lying on the docks. That made the... More
