Cozy Irish Pub with traditional Irish food and local favorite seafood. We had Fish 'n Chips, battered when ordered and cooked to perfection. Always have Fish 'n Chips when we go to the coast, and Nana's was our first dinner out, so will try other food at Nana's next time we are in Newport. Service was fast and friendly.

This place could give Irish food a good name. They have a full bar though my husband opted for Irish beer and I for hot whiskey on a nasty night. We both did pies for entrees. Takes about 20 minutes to bake and worth the wait. I had chicken with really good meat and an extremely flavorful sauce. Really wonderful.... More

Cute girl staff and excellent sheppard's pie, cornbeef-n-cabbage, and UK-style breakfast fry (for Oregon, anyway). Great selection of beer and whisky.

My husband and I stayed at a hotel in Nye Beach and came here twice during our stay. On our first visit we had the chowder, the Emerald Isle fries and the Bangers and Mash. We loved our chowder. It has sweet corn in it that really meshes nicely with the salt in the chowder. The chowder was the reason... More

Classic irish food, a variety of meat dishes. Meat loaf was fantastic.Give yourself time if you want a shepards pie. They look worth it but take 20 minutes to cook.

I was expecting ordinary "pub" fare (burgers and fries) and was delighted by the unique offerings on the menu. The Guiness pie was delicious and my partner loved his bangers and mash! (I think they actually did offer burgers too!) Traditional Irish beer. Good pub atmosphere and fun outdoor seating area in the summer. The place was quite busy even... More

The only thing that matched how Yummy the Shepard's Pie is, is how hot it was when it was dropped off. Order the clam chowder and enjoy the heck out of it until the pie cools enough to eat, it's worth waiting for!

I brought my two young children here for dinner based on the recommendations of some locals. I wasn't sure if it was family friendly at first, but was pleasantly surprised after we were seated.. Our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. The kids had their own menu with coloring page and crayons. I ordered the fish and chips and was... More

We stopped here for lunch on a cool, overcast day in Newport. It was one of the highlights of our meals in Oregon in general. Awesome atmosphere, lively pub even in the middle of the day... it was so quiet everywhere else in town, we were surprised to find so many people here! Food was delicious, many authentic options. Nice,... More

A Newport landmark and favorite of locals this place is a real bit of Ireland on the Oregon coast. On the outside it is nestled among other shops within a corner strip mall. From the inside you'd swear that you would be stepping back out onto a Dublin street. Several imported Irish beers and ales are on tap. Food is... More
