We recently stopped in for lunch while on a mini tour of Wine Country in Newberg. We chose this restaurant based on Yelp reviews and they were true to the word. The wine selection was awesome, the food choices were vast, and we really enjoyed the service (our server was pretty much running the place all on her own since... More

Sharing a girls weekend with friends and this place was the perfect place for dinner after a long day of wine tasting. We got the room off to the side for a great place to catch up on each others' lives - private but still with a nice view of the outside and the beautiful painted mural inside. The waitress... More

This place offers a terrific dinner at a bargain price, including soup and salad. We would return in a heartbeat.

The name is descriptive. The windowless basement setting might not be everybody, but the wine cave vibe just seemed appropriate for our first dinner while spending 5 days in the Oregon wine country. Food was well prepared and service was friendly and crisp.

Food was good not great. Very pricey. Service excellent. Staff friendly. If you need handicap friendly this is not a good choice. They do have a ramp but it is out back of the restaurant with no marking how to access it; it is really the service entrance. Unfortunately, the day we went I had to navigate a very steep... More

I am very sorry that you missed the sign at the top of the our restaurant stairs that directs you to the handicapped entrance. It is also clearly offered on our website,. And yes I am also sorry that the handicapped entrance (which is actually a very nice sloped, railed and stepless ADA-rated entrance) is in the back of our... More

We were passing through newberg during lunch hour in a celebratory mood, and looked up restaurants on trip advisor. We decided on this highly rated restaurant for it's menu and price range, and and glad we did! The ambience was great, very relaxing and calm romantic atmosphere. The servers were all very professional and kind. We had the asparagus small... More

We hit Happy Hour and sat at the bar on a Wednesday evening. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, the service attentive, and the happy hour specials wonderfully priced and delicious. It is a small place and the menu looks great for full dinner, we just did not have time. Would go back!

Well, we decided to do the happy hour first and follow up with dinner. We went in around 3:30 PM because the advertized happy hour stated 3 - 6 PM. Dinner begins at 5 PM. They were not ready - stated so and asked us to wait a few minutes so they could clean up! Really! Told us, it was... More

Reasonable menu but not up to expectations. For the price, the meal should have been a richer experience. Everything was OK, but not special. Out of a party of 6, all agreed and no one was especially pleased. No issues but would not go back. However, the desserts were delicious and special and the staff pleasant and accommodating.

We were traveling with two other couples and decided to have dinner here. The first negative was that they refused to give each couple a separate check because there were six in our party. Next, they put a mandatory 20% gratuity on our bill. Next, two of the dinners came out cold and had to be sent back. Food was... More
