Lovely menu choices, fresh ingredients prepared with imaginative twists, and attentive service. A very nice option for those guests who don't have time or interest to explore outside of the solitude at the Inn. Give it a try for at least a light meal or a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the gentle hills of Newberg.

Jory's is the kind of place you go for a memorable evening. The service is beautiful and carefully timed. They could tell we wanted to slow down and relax--and they responded by being present when needed and otherwise backed off. The food is truly exceptional. We had three entrees and each dish was amazing. The appetisers are wonderful and the... More

We had two fantastic dinners at Jory. Not only was the food incredible but the service was amazing. I am a real foodie and and I was very impressed with the quality and creativity of the meals. For the second dinner, we sat at the counter and were able to watch the chefs at work--it was great fun.The farm-to-table cuisine... More

This was our second visit to the Jory Restaurant, and both experiences were nothing less than excellent. Our waiter was friendly, personable, and helpful. We had sampled a wine at the bar on the previous night, and he indicated that we could get a bottle even though it did not appear on their dinner list. My friend had the duck,... More

We stayed at The Allison for one night this past weekend and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Jory, both were wonderful. The food is really truly wonderful and the service is top notch. I'm a (picky) bloody mary lover and they made a hot one for me, it was awesome. Some of the tables have great views of the valley... More

I love everything about the Jory, especially the dinners. You need reservations, which if you are picky about timing, should be made ahead, even if you are coming while as a guest of the hotel. We had a private room one time for my birthday dinner. There were only 3 couples, but it would be worth it to reserve. It... More

Food and service was great. Unfortunately we were seated next to 2 men and a lady who liked to drop f*** bombs about every other word and were very loud. Made our anniversary dinner pretty uncomfortable but we got through it.

My wife & I were already staying at the hotel and were told we had to eat here during our stay. My wife had steelhead salmon and comes from a commercial fishing background in Alaska so she knows her fish & loved her dinner. I had the pork special which was pork prepared 4 different ways which was also amazing.... More
