Menu was a diverse offering of the best that Oregon can offer, and the area is blessed with fine seafood and produce, and the menu amplifies those ingredients with superb technique and presentation. Wine selection was vast and thoughtful - so nice to replicate what you had tasted touring the wineries earlier that day. Service was highly professional, but friendly.... More

The two decks are lovely with spectacular views. Service great. Food quite good. White wine list not to our liking because there was no dry, crisp white wine by glass. Chef too heavy on tarragon for tuna melt.

I am prejudiced against hotel restaurants, but Jory was very good. The menu was what you expect in wine country, with an excellent wine list. My duck was undercooked, so I was underwhelmed by the execution.

Gorgeous patio setting; delightful wine list; unique variations/preparations in the entree section of the menu. Friendly, prompt service. Fantastic dinner for hotel guests and others traveling the area who will not be disappointed with a view of The Allison Hotel grounds as a bonus to their meal at Jory.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Allison Inn & Spa for holiday. We ate multiple times at the Jory for breakfast and dinner. The food was consistently great each time. The service was overall positive but there was some issues at few meals. I loved sitting at the bar area next to the food preparation area and seeing... More

Expected so much more from Jory based on friends and other reviews. Service was so-so and food was mediocre. Was a Monday is the only excuse I can think of.

Stayed at the Allison Inn and had dinner at the Jory and was totally impressed by the food and service. The ambience of sitting out on the deck was a bonus!

We really believe this is/can be a great restaurant. It has great location (first class hotel), ambiance, and chef pedigree. On the night we dined, the server was green and it impacted service (he was bailed out by a manager). Cocktails were: One great; another undrinkable. One wine by the glass tasted as though it had been open for days.... More

Jory is the restaurant at the Allison Inn and Spa. While staying at the hotel we dined at Jory and had a great meal. The menu had many good choices, the Wagyu strip loin was delicious. The wine list was extensive, with the emphasis on Oregon Pinots, obviously. The service was excellent in a friendly not stuffy manner. Overall, very... More

I was impressed with the food and service at Jory, my pick for a nice dinner out during a short stay in the Willamette Valley. The wine list had a heavy emphasis on local wines (as it should), and seemed reasonably priced. Portions were quite large, so I would recommend splitting appetizers and desserts.
