Who would guess that you'd find a fabulous tapas bar in Medford! Just like being in Madrid. Delicious food, nice ambiance, and attentive service. I would've been completely pleased with this meal in Portland, in Medford I was stunned.

Wow. Here is a place that actually makes a real martini. No watered-down beverage, no cutting corners, no dishonest bartending, but real, honest-to-goodness, well-made drinks. My husband and I were just visiting Medford for a night and thought we'd try Elements based on other reviews. The staff was very friendly and the tapas we tried were alright. But the drinks... More

Elements has a small, quaint upscale feel. Great wait staff. Superb bartender. Quality tapas menu and a great bar and beer selection. Great for couples, a quick bit, work meetings and friendly gatherings to share in tapas (small plates). Great food selection, a tad pricey for some of the specialty drinks and menu items but overall, a very great experience.... More

Elements Tapas Restaurant was a wonderful dining experience; the restaurant is cozy, has nice intimate booths. The tapas menu is very good- we especially enjoyed the Potatas a la Riojana and the Serrano Ham Wrapped Prawns. We are looking forward to going back to try the Paella. Be sure to order the house made ice cream- especially if they have... More

An intriguing menu made it difficult to choose small plates to share. Equally interesting specialty drinks were enticing. We enjoyed our food, though the service was hit-and-miss in spite of our having informed our server we were attending a live performance nearby. I imagine this would be a nice place to come to after the theatre for drinks and snacks.... More

Had a very nice time with a friend. would be great with a group to enjoy the fine wine selection with the tapas. The food was very good, not cheap appetizers - well made like a fine restaurant. Will go again with a group.

Wonderful very high quality food and service. Extensive wine and mixed drinks. The Duck with cherry sauce was the best I have ever had. Linen napkins, dim romantic atmosphere with quick friendly service. Already planning our next visit!

Great find -- thanks, tripadvisor. Staying overnight after a longish drive, hungry, hoping for something unusual, and this was it! One special was sweetbreads on a purée of celeriac served with quince jam -- yes! Another a Patates with Choriso, cippollino onions and spicy sauce -- yes! A local Rogue Valley wine called Roxy Ann -- layered fragrant and satisfying. And... More

Excellent selection of drinks, great atmosphere for sitting and talking with friends. We enjoyed the selection of tapas. It is a great place to go as a group so that you can order and share more small plates.

They serve small appetizer plates that are for the most part quite good. It is a bar atmosphere but has some couches and easy chairs...nice ambiance. Good drinks
