Oregon' best kept secret

Wow, what a find on our journey south. The best Asian fusion cooking ever. So many interesting choices. Try the pan fried udon noodles, crispy with veggies and protein choices. The Mahi Mahi macadamia nut with coconut sauce another interesting choice. May have to return to Medford just to eat here... read more

We went to Bambu without reservations and although they were quite busy the staff accommodated our group. We had three of the specials for the day, lamb, crab and a fish topped with softshellcrab, all three were exceptionally delicious. Service was excellent. We try to make it to Bambu each time we visit the Rogue Valley and it is always... More

After all of our years traveling to Medford to visit family, we somehow missed ever going to Bambu. We had the BEST dinner there! Everyone in our party of 6, enjoyed their dinner. That is unheard of with our family! The service and the quality of food was very good. The flavor of the food was excellent. When you make... More

Came for lunch today to celebrate a clean bill of health. It's a treat to eat at such a great restaurant. Everyone that contributes to Bambuu are amazing. The presentation when they bring you your order is mouthwateringly beautiful. I ordered the mango salad (OMG) and Pad Thai, my husband the curry chicken. We eat here about every other month... More

Bambu has always been a great dinner treat for us. Decided to celebrate our anniv.there. Food was good, mahi mahi carefully prepared. Friendly servers. So why not a five? If you like authentic Paad Thai don't order it here. Giant bowl of vermiicelli noodles w/a sweet sauce. Some bean sprouts, chicken scattered about. Uh uh. My husband ordered coffee but... More

We arrived without a reservation but were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was quite busy. We ordered their special and did not ask or were told the price. I was at best just average. We were shocked at the price of $26 for what we were served. The other items were also just average. The restaurant did not match the... More

Went there because of good reviews. I ordered the prawns with sweet and sour and my wife ordered Tiger cries. The portions were extremely small especially for the prawns and the sauce was very plain. The tiger cries with flank steak was average with a very tart lime dip with very little flavor other than the tartness. Would never go... More

I had macadamia encrusted halibut as my entree and it was delicious. My only complaint is that the vegetables were not seasoned enough and I was given a salt shaker labelled "sea salt" and when I turned it over, salt dumped out on my food. I was so hungry that I scraped it away but in the future would ask... More

First the not so good part...the calamari was really bad. I tried one pieces and couldn't eat anymore. The problem, small piece of calamari that were over battered in a heavy batter instead of a nice light Tempura batter. All I could taste was batter, thick and dry. Of the six diners at our table two ordered the same dish, the... More
