How did such an establishment come to such a small town??? Wonderful, creative food, perfect service -- I especially admired the loving care for elderly regulars. Food super.

Have been here several times before and loved it. Was disappointed today and don't plan on returning. It has changed owners, and the sweet old man that greeted us is missed. We ordered bacon and eggs, the bacon was very thin and no flavor. The potatoes were frozen and they added some peppers, not good at all. The toast was... More

Hi Debra, I am so sorry to hear that you and your husband didn't enjoy your experience at the café. You're correct that the previous owner has decided to retire (although you can catch him at the café as he still visits frequently.) Similarly to you, we loved the café as well, which is why we chose to take the... More

These items were great: Sweet potato pancakes, egg sandwich, omelette, best sausage. Waffle was ehhh- loved the coffee, real cream. Don't expect fast or intense service. The food is cooked as ordered and the servers let you talk. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We went here based on reviews and recommendations from locals, but it wasn't all we had hoped. We did have a larger party for this small cafe but they were able to seat us after a moderate wait which was nice. The "special" of the day was said to be bland for the others at our table, and it seemed... More

Very good food, trendy little twists to traditional breakfasts. Be prepared to wait if all of your party isn't there at the same time, you won't get seated. Small, cozy little place and a must try cafe.

I just love coming to McMinnville and trying out the little restaurants. This place was highly recommended, so I brought my in laws. We were greeted very friendly and seated right away, the waiter was amazing and explained everything very good. We took a while to decide, I think it was the owner who came to our table to help... We hit the Crescent Cafe about once every 3-4 months. It's our 'special' meal place. We don't want to go too often and make it boring. They are only open breakfast and lunch hours, so no dinner, but they have the most amazing and creative chef! I have had the privilege of catching their biscuits and pork gravy a couple... More

It felt like they were trying to turn a breakfast and lunch cafe into an upscale restaurant and it didn't quite work. The food was good but not that great. It also seemed a little expensive for what it was. The bread that came with homemade soup seemed like plain white bread. The salad that came with other meals was... More

Crescent Cafe was referred to us by many locals. We were so glad we went. It is a small restaurant with about 11 tables. The staff is so friendly and out-going. The decor is absolutely charming and decorated warmly, kind of Arts and Crafts style. The menu is small but, mighty. They had a few omelette/scramble dishes, that sounded excellent.... More

Loved this little place! While it doesn't look like much from the street and it's small inside, the food was phenomenal and the service excellent. Our meals came quickly. The soup was tasty and full of chicken and vegetables. Salads were tasty and filling. And that mac and cheese should come with a warning label - large portion and you... More
