This is a good homemade fill your tummy kind of place. We have eaten here off and on for years. The menu is full of so many choice and the best homemade everything even the jelly.. Only draw back is everyone knows of the place so there is sometimes a long wait to get a table

When ever we are in McMinnville during the morning hours, Wild Wood is our #1 choice for breakfast. The place in nothing fancy. Old signs and metal ads on the walls. They serve coffee in different cups just like you would at home. Sometimes you have to wait longer then you think you should for your order. Waiting outside in... More

Service was outstanding, we needed to be out of there for another appointment so they expedited our food. Very friendly, good value and outstand food.

Got a take out order that was fresh, hot and delicious! We live in the Seattle area and our son goes to school in McMinnville. He got a bad flu and since dad was in Portland on business, dad drove down to visit and bring him a hot meal and some groceries. Friends got him stuff from the school cafeteria,... More

Had an omelet with fresh sausage and bacon. Opted for sliced tomatoes rather than potatoes and bread. Omelet very tasty. Loved their coffee (asked for the name so I could buy some). Friendly service. I think the amount of food would have served 3 people so sharing is a good idea.

Four of us had Breakfast and all were blown away with the food. Fun little signs and quirky decor add to the experience. Homemade Bread , Fried Potatoes and Coffee all were Great. Holly our Waitress was very good and friendly. We will be back even though we have to drive 35 miles to do so . Thanks.

This place knocked it out of the ballpark for breakfast. I had the Wild Wood Toast, which is the most amazing French Toast. Almost like a coffee cake crust, one slice is more than you can eat. The milk was ice-cold, they warmed the syrup, and everything was prepared with an eye toward quality and treating their diners like discerning... More

Cute old style diner. Food was fresh, service was fast, portions were large. Their version of French toast was excellent.

A big slab of fresh homemade bread came both with my mother-in-laws bacon and eggs and my chef salad. Looking over at my dining companions crisp, plentiful bacon, I almost wished I had ordered that too, but was very happy with my Chef Salad piled high with goodies (including some large "crumble" of that aforementioned bacon). Only thing I disliked,... More

Found this place on Urban Spoon and was totally worth it!! It was a little off the route we were taking through town but was easy to find with GPS. Fantastic breakfast with the family... great food and service!
