We stopped in just before closing time, so we just got a few sweets - most had already been gobbled up. But the coconut macaroon was the best ever. Crispy caramelly edges, chewy delicious center - YUMMM! And the owner gave us some good advice on what wineries to visit. We also stopped another time for a snack and had... More

We discovered this little gem on our last morning in McMinnville. Too bad! It had some of the best pastries we have ever eaten! And the lattes were perfect. Best of all, it was a great place to just sit and sip and observe the world going by.

I am a reuben connoisseur/snob, and have eaten reuben sandwiches all across this country (NYC, Palm Springs, SF...). If there is a reuben on the menu, I try it. Red Fox has the best reuben on earth (that I've tried). I've eaten their reuben for years, but this week's reuben was divine. Homemade bread and kraut, pastrami that melted in... More

I called red fox and inquired about bread. The person I spoke with seemed distracts and irritated. I said I'd be right down to get my loaves of bread. When I arrived they had closed the doors for the day. All sold out. WHAT?

The bakery items are delicious. I love the lunch sandwiches made with their fresh bread. Try their cookies too.

Have visited Red Fox on a few occasions. The baguette is the reason I keep coming back...fantastic. Everything else I have tried has just been ok. The other breads are ok, the pastries are ok and the sandwiches are just ok. My only real gripe is the consistently slow service, although they are always kind.

Always wanted to stop in and finally made it! I was surprised at the number of sandwich choices! Had a turkey with gouda and it was delicious! The price was reasonable and the included cookie was a bonus! The place is small, but you get a very "homey" feel. It looked like a lot of people used this as a... More

Grabbed baked goods more than once from here. The breads were outstanding. Some of the baked sweets were excellent and some were okay. Overall a very good place to get baked goods

On our way to the Air and Space Museum outside McMinnville, we stopped in town to find a place to eat. Having been blown off by a supercilious host in a well-known spot, we walked down the street hoping to find something acceptable. Thus we happened on the Red Fox Bakery. There we (party of 4) ordered sandwiches and drinks... More

Very quaint and cute little bakery / lunchroom. Unpretentious, relaxed, and friendly. Turkey sandwich was good; bread was fresh, price / value could be improved (e.g. more value / less price). They recently raised their sandwich prices, as evidenced by the "write over" prices on the chalkboard menu hanging on the wall, and had not fully erased the prior prices... More
